Congrats Happylan and welcome to the forum!!

Tanasha I've heard of it, it's almost like that dettol test lol. My sister is bringing me back an Intelligender urine test from the US that you can take from 10 weeks...we'll see how accurate it is.

I've booked a 4D "Welcome to the family"scan the you can actually take from 12w but I'll be doing it when I'm about 14 weeks. Actually looking forward to it :-)

Ha ha! Just popped onto your blog TaNaha. Would love to see what result you get if you do actually try it! I personally love red cabbage too much so will not be attempting this in case it puts me off for life ;) I love your latest scan pic too by the way...sooo cute! You must be due for another one soon?

Candi I know they say it's fine to continue with excercise in the first trimester if you don't have a high risk pregnancy. But you mentioned that your considered high risk so I wouldn't carry on if I were you. But maybe check with your doc rather he'll give you the best advise

Justine well I take my hat of to you for running and losing that weight!! Even if it was a few years back. Shucks I've never done a half marathon in my life - I'm not a runner at all and really wish I was one though.

I understand where you come from. With my IUI's I picked up a bit of weight and am also considered overweight according to my BMI as it's on 26, unfortunately all being carried around my mid section! And I see that if that's the case you should only pick up between 7kg and 11kg. I'm planning on excercising during pregnancy in order to avoid too much weight gain but will only start after 12w and not going to do anything major. Just swimming and walking and minimal weight lifting. Hopefully that will help if I manage to stick to it that is as I'm very lazy lately...
