Ankies: u as well momma relax and take some "me" tym.

AFM: im finally at home but on strict bed rest: so much better to be resting in your own bed. i went for my 4d scan just afta being discharged yest and i have some pix of my cutey pie.

I am doing fine, just tired, did not go to gym yesterday, and I think I will skip this whole week, I am just not feeling up to it.
Will go walk with W after work so that I get some exercise

I see Skai about the powder, used it for W and it was great
I am very happy with my stoller - i drag it every where, it is light and fits into my little spark

Skai yes they do supply towels they suggest you bring extra for in case!

Hapi that is completely different. I get almost all my stuff that I'll need for those few days in hospital from them (oh and the nipple cream is also in the bag!) except for my toiletries and clothes. Amazing how the same hospital group can differ so much! I had to fill in all my forms for the maternity ward on Thursday as well when I was there so that it's less for me to deal with on the morning of my c-section. I'm actually very happy with Fourways so far I must admit - I was so impressed with them on Thursday! Plus I didn't pay anything for the treatment Thursday, I saw a claim go into the medical aid for R1.29?? Strange!

But Hapi maybe Wilgeheuwel is just a bit behind due to the upgrade, maybe they'll give you a bag and list still when they're done with upgrade!
