Oh, missed that reading at 3am sorry.

Oddly before I found out about my boys I mainly always knew of boy/girl twins so I was sure I'd get one of each but I think the past year or so has given a lot more boys accross the board, not just with twins but singletons too. Nature has a way of fixing things and the un balanced ratio of boy/girls is finally starting to even out. My hubby says when there are many more boys born to the world it means we will go to war one day but if that were true it would only be because of the over powering amount of testosterone in the world.

Josie - you are gonna love Moomie - its Natalie here! You must try and join the next Moomie meet. Or maybe we can arrange a playdate soon - the time just flies. So glad to hear that you are doing well, I can't imagine how you Mommies cope with more than one. As you all say, routine is the only way to go! Well done!

I have 2 boys Alexander and Jonathan, they weighed 2.2kg and 1.660kg at birth. They have an older brother of 2 years Christopher.

Hi. I'm very new to this forum

I have fraternal twin boys who have just turned 1. I'm absolutely loving them at this stage but if you had asked me when it was the first 3 months, oh my word, i didn't know if i was coming or going!!! The best thing that worked for us was routine & i am still quite strict with routine especially at night. I love the baby sense & toddler sense books, they really helped me a lot.

It has been a long road for us as we lost our little girl when i was 27 weeks pregnant due to pre-eclampsia. Five months later we found out i was pregnant with twins.

They were born on the 16th Jan & wieghed 2.8kg & 2.3kg healthy & strong.

So we feel so blessed & love them to bits.

Really nice to have somewhere to chat to other twin moms.

We also joined SAMBA last year & this year I am helping the chairlady run the east rand area
