Vix I take my hat off for you :)

Elamsmom I also would love to have twins (or even triplets) next time. I can only be pregnant 2more times & DH wants 5kids :woohoo:
my sister had a twin brother and my close cousin (our dads are brothers) had twins last year, so hope that "ups" my chances of having multiples :)

Elamsmom- ironically i suffered badly with PND after the birth of my first child so i thought i would get it this time for sure but nothing, I'm actually way calmer, just soooooo exhausted.

Hi ladies

I don't have multiples but would love to next time I fall preggy. (sounds crazy, I know!)

Vix- I've always bn one to "bite off more than I can chew...then chew LIKE MAD!...hasn't always worked out, I must admit...& yet i persist and wanna do the same with my next baby/ies. My main issue is that I want to have 3 kids but the thought of being pregnant 2 more times just freaks me out!

So, I will follow your thread and see if u ladies manage to change my mind with your gory stories.

Must say...when I think about the times when I was on the brink of insanity & depression cos I was alone with the baby and shoe wouldn't sleep and I couldn't even put her down to bath or EAT!!!...that's the one memory that keeps popping into my mind and makes me wonder how I'd cope with multiples...but hey, it's bn done before so surely I'll trudge my way through as well??? ...Right???

Anyway, this is all just wishful thinking on my part. There are no and have never been any multiples in my family- mom or dad's side so chances are slimmer than slim. But considering using FS...

Hapi- having twins is as restricting as you want to make it. I refuse to be stuck at home everyday of my life because i have twins. I take them for their vaccines on my own every 4w. Sometimes i even venture to the mall with all the kids. My car isn't very big but i make a plan.

Some people don't feel comfortable doing these things alone but i don't have anyone to help so i make the best of it. Nothing is impossible.

o.k gals, for me i can chat to other multiple mommies in my group as there are 3 of us but since Hapi popped in to ask a question it made me realize that actually being a minority of pregnancies we are pretty much 'alone' in this so maybe we can all chat and ask questions here and maybe other multiple mommies might not feel left out.

I'm no expert on the subject and with my boys not even 3 months old i am just learning myself but i am always happy to try and help answer questions on the pregnancy, birth, NICU, and as i grow with my boys, raising twins.

here's a pic of my fraternal twins born on 30th Nov 2010:
