Dec 2011/ Jan 2012 Mommies to be !!

Hi all
Went for my scan this morning.
ONLY 1! Thank goodness!
It was great. The little heart is beating 123 beats/min.
He/she is 6 mm. My due date 11 Jan, but because its C-section first week in Jan.
But everything is where it supposed to be and well.

Its just a little miracle happening inside us! Great!
HD took me for dinner afterwards and we got home at half past 2. I had to drive to LAngebaan to fetch my boy at a party at 3(40 km) bt I'm pooped. And my sweet HD said he would drive....when they come home its just dress and then he's taking Johan to a dad and son evening.
He is a darling!
So I put some cartoons for the twins on tv and I hear my bed calling!
Now I'm waiting to hear about the rest of your scans. My next one 17 June.

I'm so tired of being flat sometimes gets to me but being preggies at least they are growing slowly so can enjoy having boobs, even if only for a short time!

marina - you are so lucky, I do company finance but am in the office with payroll and it's a call centre, so you can imagine how many people come in and out of this office! Was considering the sick room but it smells kinda yuk, so not an option.

Well, I am an Adminstrator at the Law Society, which means that we are closed between 13:00 - 14:00 so we can close our doors and nap. We are 2 in the office, but we understand each other needs, so that is great.

I live in Pretoria.

I sure am glad my boobs aren't sore, good luck with that ladies.

Karatemum I suck...forgot a darn pillow again...but maybe the Friday air cause not feeling so crazy tired yet! Also I was out shopping now...so maybe that got the adrenaline going:-)

32A??? oh goodness ladies...I hope you all grow some boobs then. Mine feel like SANDBAGS ALREADY!! I'm a D cup....*sigh*. Braless/bra on....i dont know which is better to be honest at this stage!

My gynae does internals until 12w....so mentally I am as prepared as I can be.

Karatemum luckily DH got paid today!! But working tomorrow:-( Visiting a friend in the afternoon and Sunday is church and then possibly lunch with IL's as its the little sister's 13th birthday.

I'm from PE. Not many PE moms on this forum I think.

Simone - did you bring the pillow lol?! Hehehe. Wow that lemon and the peri peri sauce is something! Wonder what it will be this time?!

Mom2b - I am also a 32A so I guess wouldn't be an issue without one for me either. Pregnancy is awesome on the boobs I also had nice growth last time lol kinda sad that you have to look forward to having boobs for a while lol!!

mandy - I had an internal scan with the first on last week. They usually do when it's early days as you can see more, but it does depend on your gynae.

Hoping to get some extra nap time in over this weekend although will see what the weather is like. If it is ok we might go somewhere, but being broke you're limited lol! Payday next week!!

VICKS??? OH MY WORD! That is CRAZY!!!! Later in pregnancy I craved carbon monoxide....I promise you I used to drive behind old skedonks letting out exhaust fume, turn my filter off and inhale! One day I drove in the opposite direction of where I was going because I was following a car's fumes! lol

Mandy I used to LOVE Rooibos tea....cant stomach it now!!! These kids are fussy hey??? lol

Im still very snotty,doc siad only 2 panados, not more that twice a day, for my throat thats on fire i can only gargle with salt water and a nasal spray for the blocked nose. I still feel like i've been hit by a bus though ...

My scan is 2Mrw yaaaayyyy!!!!!!!!!!!! so nervous, as if its my first time all over again lol

Karatemum, re the bra, today i just couldnt, i didnt wear one to work today... but ive got on lottsa clothes so it doesnt show, luckily i'm a size 32 A lol... i barely have any but with my 1st preg i went up2 a 34 C...

Simone... Lemon with salt and Nando's sauce? OMG... And i thought my vicks craving was bad... I use to eat vicks by the spoonfulls during my 1st pregnancy (Weird i know lol)
