At how many weeks did you give birth?

40 weeks and 3 days. Baby had very dry skin, his hands and feet were wrinkly (apparently very common with babies born after their EDD)

I gave birth at 41 wks 4 day natural with epidural though. Contractions started at 02h53 and baby was born 16h31. Dr had to break my water for me.

Laura my DH also use to say to me "whats 2 or 3 or even 1 more week." AAAHHHHH they really dont get it....I too wanted to strangle him and would get seriously pissed off when he said that to me!

And the added dark humour, is that when you are not pregnant, you miss that part of pregnancy when your baby was so close to you, and you were in control .... vs when they are out, screaming, you are weeping and realise you have no control ....

3 weeks chick, 3 weeks, I hope it goes fast, well, and you have lots of bounces, pineapples, an orgasms, and maybe some foot rubs in between. xxx

Thanks RM! I think it is all those things. I actually dont want to leave the house at the moment - I want to sit here (bouncing on a ball, eating pineapples, watching birth videos with the odd orgasm in between) until he arrives.

I have that crying feeling often and when I am home alone I give in and sob and sob.

D said last night "whats 3 more weeks" - if I had energy I would have killed him - slowly.

No one, except another mom, knows the sheer hell the last few weeks are!
