At how many weeks did you give birth?

39 weeks, was induced as baby was in distress. Heart beat irregular

My LG was born at 38weeks, c-section..

Both of our lg were born at 40 weeks on the dot.

Both on the 18 of their birth month!

My first boy I lost mucous plug just over 37wks.. nothing happened. Stretch and sweep at 39wks.. nothing happened. Induction 3 days before due date and son was born 8hrs after first contractions started.

Second boy I was 1-2cm dilated at 35wks, had mucous plug at about 36wks and about 3-4cm dilated by then.. bloody show at 37wks and 3days and next day I went into labor, 6hr labor.

With my first I was very *inactive* compared to second pregnancy where I was a real busy body and on my feet a lot.

I was 35.5 weeks. Waters breaking on a Fri and the birth the following Tuesday.

If he hadn't been a footling breech (coming down feet first) it would have been the perfect birth as I was already 7cm dilated before I went into labour.

I am so glad I didn't have to go through that final month! I think it would have done me in.

I was 40 weeks 1 day, but I remember when I was pregnant reading some research done in Aus that showed that the average 1st time pregnancy went 40 weeks plus 11 days and the average 2nd time pregnancy was 40weeks 7 days.

My midwife told me to tell people that my EDD was 2 weeks later so that I wouldnt get any calls asking if the baby had arrived yet after my EDD. I'm glad I did tat, and will do it again for my next baby.

Spontaneous labour, 12 hours with Normal Delivery at home.
