April/May/June 2012 Moomies

Just felt this baby move!! I'm 11 weeks today. i'm sitting kinda hunched over my tummy but I know that feeling, it's definately the little peanut. . Given it's supposed to be the size of a small lime now (Read that on that blog you sent Firefly) It's easy to see how movement can already be felt if you know what to look for.

I am so excited, i was interviwed by Baba en kleuter magazine a few months ago when they were doing research about an article for Cloth nappies. The article has been published in the December edition. The whole article was written as a result of the interview and then they also interview 4 Mums individually and placed photos so My Son and I are in the mag with a pic as well and they also mention the business in the article and so that will be excellent for business!

IT'S A BOY!!!!!

We went for our downs scan yesterday and dr said she is pretty sure it's a boy. My dad is super excited as this will be his first grandchild and he only has daughters.

I haven't had Internet for A WEEK!!!! It has been so annoying.

My ms is definitely better although I do still have bad days. My boobs have been really sore. I can't even lie on my stomach. I'm not as tired as I was a couple weeks ago.

I have a crazy busy weekend ahead of me. I am hosting a baby shower at my house on Saturday and then that night have a fancy dress birthday party to go to. I have no idea what I'm going to wear. Even though I haven't picked up any weight my belly is nice and round. Going to be hard to find something nice to wear.

I see most of you ladies are all super busy. I can't believe it is the end of the year already. Before we know it we are all going to have our little babies in our arms.

Sorry I've been so quiet but things are hectic this side. Trying to finish off as much work as possible before December.

To those who's still struggling with MS: hope you feel better soon!!

We're busy packing for Aus..almost finished and then life will also be a bit less hectic..we pack till 12oclock every night and then my 2year old still wakes up 3-5 times a night!!!

Adele - glad you enjoyed Lene's concert. I'm sure you're relieved though that the school events are ending! Maybe you should plan your weekend so that you don't get lonely - stock up on books and dvds, maybe organise a lunch with some girlfriends.

Chantal - your scan pics look cute If I'm not mistaken, the little white marks are the arm and leg buds? I just loved seeing the baby bouncing around on the screen at my last scan, it must have been awesome

dts - sorry to hear about the hemorrhoids, sadly I have also read that it's really common in pregnancy. Maybe it's worth chatting to your doctor about though and he can recommend something?

Champers - yay on those 3 extra kilos!

I'm also feeling pretty tired a lot of the time - though thankfully I have a light lecture schedule so I'm able to take lots of naps. But I'm also feeling so LAZY - I have tons of work and have just been putting it off.

AFM: nausea still here, not very bad but bothersome all the same. very tired and feel like this holiday must arrive now. last night my Son had the most serious croup attack he has ever had, he has had a few which have been scary but in this one his lips went almost black blue he was struggling so for air. It was very scary. I had him in the bathroom in the steam for about 45 minutes before it helped.
