Ah Harvard, well then yes you must be spoilt for choice. I am at Stellenbosch, and although we do have a good brand it's nothing like Harvard. When you have bought your clothes please post pics as I am sure they are gorgeous!!

I have to say I am being met with clear concern from friends that we shouldn't have tried for another baby. That we will have our hands full and hope that we know what we are getting ourselves into. I don't like that. These people know how long we have wanted this.

Mybrat, I know nothing about hcg levels (having not even been for a blood test yet myself), but I hope that you can find out what is going on. Wouldn't your doc have seen on the ultrasound if it was multiples though? Or maybe it is too soon? Let us know when your blood tests come back!

2kmama I am at Harvard. I'm don't think our South African universities are as good at marketing themselves as the ones here in the States are - I know that Wits had a very limited range back home. Harvard is just amazing - they have pyjamas, picnic blankets, onesies, basically anything you can think of, they've branded it.

My LMP was on the 30 August.

According to the Gynae, my Due Date is 4 June 2012.

I will hear during the course of this week from my blood test done today how my HCG levels is and she testing the progesterone as well.

We are all confused as on the 20th September, according to my blood tests and my HCG levels being 5301 (i should be 6 weeks on the 20th Sep), but i was actually sitting at 3weeks pregnant with HCG levels of 5301....

Welcome ronel and 2kmama - Congratulations to both of you! 2kmm I remember you from the ttc thread when I was ttc last year, I am so happy for you! B)

My dh is dead set against finding out the sex of the baby. But I think I may have convinced him otherwise - my argument is that we are only in the States until mid-year next year (when I am due) and here we'll be able to buy stuff that we won't get at home. But if we don't know the sex we'll be kind of limited especially with clothes...

2kmama - lol at the fact that you have already bought 2 things for the new baba! I have been browsing but decided that I would wait till my first appointment at 8 weeks before I actually buy stuff. My university is a brand of its own and apart from the normal hoodies and stuff they make baby and toddler clothes (so cute!) and I am dying to buy some!

@ Mybrat, I am no doctor but either it's multiples or you had your dates wrong and you are further along that you expected you were. Did you have a regular cycle before you got pregnant?

Welcome Ronel & thanks so much Juno, yes, it has been quite a wait.

Nice to have you here and you and I are the same in weeks. I think I am 5 weeks tomorrow. i have not gone for bloods yet. Didn't get a chance today. I am glad your count has gone up. I don't know what all the values mean. Is there somewhere where it tells you if it's good or bad?

We have a couples baby shower coming up and the theme for the gifts are "something that will make the new daddy's life easier". It doesn't need to be baby related. Any ideas?

My idea is EARPLUGS & WHISKY :silly: :silly:
