Hi Ladies

Congrats to all of you and I hope you have an amazing pregnancy.

I am 15 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my second baby, my expected due date is the 3rd of July, but we are hoping that peanut will arrive on the 2nd so that he can share his birthday with both my parents.

My last scan was on the 22nd of December, and before the Doctor could ask if we would like to know the sex, the "Little Mr." was standing upright, showing off.

I lost a bit of weight (8kg) the last few weeks due to not having an appetite, but the doctor wasn't too concerned. Luckily I started getting my appetite back this week. If only I can remember to drink my tablets.

Peanut is starting to move a lot lately and gave one big kick or punch the other day! It actually felt nice...lol

Seeing the doctor next week again and so excited to see him again and hear his heartbeat, makes one feel at ease when you hear and see the LO.

How are you all feeling this week? Weird but my ms has been coming and going this week. Yesterday morning was the first morning in 8 weeks that I didn't vomit - Yay Things can only get better from now on

Sometimes it feels like baby is moving, but am not 100% sure. Can't wait for that first proper kick that everyone talks about!

I had a bladder infection last week. The dr prescribed penisilin which I was a bit scared to take, but after reading that bladder infection can turn into kidney infection I gladly finished all!

Hello Ladies!

I jsut went for my 14 week scan! baby was bouncing all over the show - it was so amazing!
Healthy heart beat of 158 bpm, and the doc says she is 99 % sure its a girl! very happy!

Estimated Due date is the 11 July

Hi All

I am a first time Mom and will 12 weeks tomorrow. Going for our first proper scan to see the baby. I have down syndrome on my maternal side, so am going for the nuchal translucency scan tomorrow. I obviously have a small amount of worry, but for the most part i am excited. Wefinally get to see our little baby!!

I thought I would join a forum so i can keep learning about what to expect. Good luck to all of you!

Thanks for the welcome Dinky. I know how you and Berry feel about the MS. Don't worry... it will get better soon! Mine has just about ended this week. Unfortunately its been replaced by heartburn. I guess I'm just so lucky I get all the wonderful joys that come with being pregnant. But I would rather have the heartburn than the MS anytime.

I haven't fitted in my jeans since around 8 weeks. Had to take out my maternity wear very quickly. Luckily I had loads from my previous pregnancy. This time around I am more conscious about weight gain. So far I have gained about 3kg. Not too bad compared to the last time.

I am so keen on having a birthing experience at Genesis as opposed to the hospital environment. I started watching "One Born Every Minute" yesterday and it has confirmed why I want to have the baby at a place like Genesis. I just didn't like the fact that they hook you up on machines and make you sit in one spot when you supposed to be moving around.

Good luck with your scan. Its so exciting to see the little human bouncing around inside.

Berry, I also cannot wait to see what I am having. Mainly because I have one girl and I have kept all her clothing so I need to know soon whether to keep the stuff or buy new.

Its 6:40 here in Dubai and I have been up since 5:00am. Argh I don't like this. Just cannot sleep in anymore and its winter here so its still dark outside.

Anni - I am also considering Genesis but haven't completely made up my mind yet. I like my gynae I am just unsure of the hospital...

Alyssa - you are so lucky you have no MS - mine is awful!

Berry - how awesome are those piccies! Let's hope the MS eases up soon.

I am going next wed for my just short of 12 weeks scan very exciting. I have already had a scan @ 8w and saw and heard the heartbeat! YAY! My doc has given me some meds but I haven't taken them - a bit scared to be honest! My jeans don't fit anymore really and I have put on about 2kgs. Also taking Preg Omega Plus.

Hi Everyone

I went for my 13 week ultrasound yesterday. Was really awesome! Baby is now looking like a real baby, was even sucking his/her thumb - soo adorable
Dr. said we should be able to see the sex at our next appointment the 1st of Feb - can't wait!
Due date is now the 9th of July
Morning sickness still all day long. I am vomiting between 2 & 6 times a day now. It's really depressing, but my doctor says it's a good sign. Apparently it means the pregnancy is healthy etc.
My tummy has def grown lol. I can't wear my skinny jeans anymore cause they are just too tight and uncomfortable To date I have picked up just under 1kg.
I am continually hungry lol. I have hunger pains every 2hours - like I am starving! If I don't eat every 2hours my nausea feels worse.

I have attached pics of the scan but they are not very clear.

How are you all doing? How is pregnancy treating you all this week?
