AFM: when i went to the loo for the millionth time today, a lady in the toilet came up and just rubbed my tummy. I was so in shock that i just smiled. I guess i look more pregnant than i think, Or maybe its just the dress im wearing.

Welcome and congrats Ms_S! I am with Dr Zinn. he takes payment upfront as well. First scans are usually very pricey. My sister made arrangements with him that she pays him at the end of the month for her appointments. He is the best! The most sensitive man or gynae i have ever met. He rubbed my hand and back when i miscarried and held my hand whilst being pushed into theatre. He is truely amazing.

I found out over Easter that I'm pregnant, I'm so happy that I can't stop crying. It's my first time, my dh and I have been ttc a little over 5 months. I'm only 3-4 weeks, and probably due around 14 december.
I really want to go to Kingsbury, I will look up Dr. Zinn. I've heard of Dr. Graves, but she expects cash upfront, that you will need to claim back from the med aid. Does Dr. Zinn operate in the same manner?

This is going to be a longggggggg post so bear with me

BB, nice to see you here & for starting this thread. I was on my way of starting one myself You definitely saved me the time.

1st Timer, so glad everything is okay with baba & that the heartbeat is still going strong.

AFM, AF was due 3rd April, had that burning feeling a few days before AF was due & during that week. Did a HPT on 6th April that night & got a BFP. I went for bloods this tuesday night(1w after AF was due), phoned the sister the following morning & she confirmed that I'm very much pregnant. Blood count was 2345 at the time I'm about 5w pregnant if you wanna include the 1st day of my LMP.
Going for my 1st scan & check up on the 23rd of April @ my gynae.

I've got a lg who will be turning 5 in october. I personally wanted a bigger gap for alot of reasons but I was also diagnosed with endometriosis in 2010 & had 2 ops since then. Endos can cause infertility depending on the severity but I was lucky enough to fall pregnant after 3 months of trying. My due date is the 12th of Dec. So I see most of us are very close with dates. That is so awesome

Symptoms I have are a bit of sore (.) (.) hehe, tired, lower back pain & some slight heartburn. No MS yet & I actually hope that just stays away. When I was about 5w pregnant with my lg, I only had that funny taste in my mouth & just felt ugggg the whole time, only vomited(sorry TMI) once during my whole pregnancy.

BB, I will never be able to wait so long to go for a scan LOL.

I definitely wanna know the sex. Just way too curious........I also missed my bump after having my daughter & looking forward to it. I know you tend to show alot quicker after your 1st pregnancy as the muscles are weaker & uterus stretches quicker. Will be telling everybody once we've gone for the scan.

Great that the group is growing, 1st Timer lucky that you have seen the bub already and all is well i cant wait for my appointment on Tuesday to confirm.

Other symptoms other than tiredness - tingling boobs and nausea that comes and goes.

The doc i am seeing is Dr Dumbrill at Vincent Palloti i saw him for my LG and changed over to Dr Gaertner Medi Clinic but i needed a second opinion and went back to Dr Dumbrill.

I am planning on finding out the sex, i would like another little girl since we already have a pigeon pair but DH wants another boy he says he doesnt want to be out numbered with the girls lol so we will see who is right. I am planning of keeping the news from family and friends until baba comes.

We saw at 12 weeks, so i am hoping to see early again this time around.
I gave a look at my preggie pants yesterday, but they look huge, i lost 11kg since the birth of my daughter, it was 19kg (but ai tog i started eating bread again)

But i am feeling huge today, nothing is to touch my navel. its a nauseating feeling when my clothes rub against my navel. Any one else have that sensation?

Hi all and congratulations! I'm almost 7w. Had a scan yesterday (had some spotting so went to ER) but bubs is fine and we saw the heart beat. My first proper scan with my gynae on Tuesday. I have a 2y old son too. I am actually already in maternity clothes. I'm so bloated and by 3pm I can't button my jeans so I have just given up and embraced my comfy preggie jeans. My gynae said it is pretty normal for 2nd time moms.

We found out my son's sex at the 11 week fetal scan so will hopefully do the same with this one!

I have backpain, sensitive boobs and horrible morning sickness from about 5pm onwards!
