@CarienM - 13 Weeks now so hopefully the nausea will go away soon!

Went for our fetal assessment today and it was absolutely magical! Our 'little human' was very active stretching legs, arching back and a lot of face rubbing. Cutest thing I've ever seen!
Doc said everything looks very good She said she could tell us the sex with 85% surety, but I said I'd rather wait till 16 weeks when we can know for sure.

Helloooo Ladies! How is everyone doing? My husband and I took a few days off to unwind, and being out of the office for 3 days I have hit the ground running today! But at least I dont come back to all this on Monday

I have also looked at cherrymellon's site and I will def. make some purchases there. Spree also has a nice maternity section if you guys want to check it out, I have not ordered anything from them but I guess its worth a try.

@BumbleBee - happy I am not the only one still stuffering with the nausea. How far along are you now? I have only taken my prescribed meds when I need them, but even with them yesterday I still felt nauseous, but at least I am approaching the 2nd trimester so maybe (hopefully) it will pass then.

We are also seeing the doc again on the 24th, it felt like ages away when I made the apt, but now its just over a week away which is awesome! Really looking forward to it, with a bit of luck we will be able to see what we are having too!! My husband is still convinced its a girl, my mother thinks its a boy (which I really dont know why, she doesnt really know anything about my pregnancy) and I am really not sure. One day I think its a girl, and the other I convince myself its a boy. Either way, I have submitted my name choices for both a boy and a girl, and in the process veto'd a few that my husband submitted Has anybody else thought about names for your little ones?

Well forgot my Asic tabs at home today and survived the mild nausea I try not to take them unless I'm suffering. The evening nausea is just kicking in now and supper is a long way off, so time for a snack. I also find snacking helps frangabiatti!

BabyT, some of Cherry Melon's tops especially look nice! Though I'm lumpy and bumpy and don't think I'd pull them off as well as most people. The pants are really comfy though and should apparently last me through the pregnancy - the tummy bit can stretch alll the way.

Bumb-wise, I had a bit of a tummy before, and now it's just become perfectly round vs squishy with a dent in the middle . Will ask the doc at our scan tomorrow how much of the 'show' is bump and how much is my pre-pregnancy padding.

My friends want to see my 'bump' but I hide it and say I don't know if I'm really showing yet. Will prob start showing soon though! My stomach muscles are a little tender this week, anyone else feel that?

The bump thing is quite funny actually. i'm not sure if mine a the same layer of fat or an actual bump. I can't wait to look pregnant and how I long for that pregancy glow...hope i get it

Hi everyone!!! i'm due around 15 feb 16. My next appointment is on 24 Aug, baby daddy is eager to know whether we're having a boy or girl but i'm keen on keeping it a surprise. We'll see, curioustity might get the better of me.

On a more serious note, I'm finding that getting right gynae is the most frustrating thing I've ever done in my life!!! I've been to see Dr Mokaya at Netcare Sunninnghill and I have an appointment with him again in 2 weeks. I've also booked an appointment with Dr Larbi at Park Lane. Anyone have any info on these guys that might help me make a decision???

Hi Bumblebee, I have had a look at Cherry Melon, they have pretty decent looking clothes - will definitely be shopping there when I am a bit more pregnant....

How is everyone's weight going? And do you ladies have a little bump yet???

I hate the occasional nausea still taking over, but for the most part I think we will all be over the worst ms very soon.

Hello BumbleBee, I'm sorry you're still feeling morning sickness. I had them for a short period of time. What really helped me was always keeping something in my stomach. I used to keep cookies on my nightstand and have a bite before get up, it really helped me. Hope you get better soon.
