Hi ladies
@Jaybee - Yes you are so right. Working from home does not mean work stops at 4 or 5 pm. Even half day working hours are never what they are supposed to be.
The company I am working for (also financial manager) is not doing well, and in fact have not been doing well for a few years now. I only started with them in January, unaware that their financial and cash position were not too favourable. So many days I felt really stupid for leaving my previous job (where the company made almost R 1m Net profit per month) for a loss making company. But the environment and atmosphere at the new work is much better and much less stress. So I am hoping that they can stay open till after my maternity leave and then I can start looking for something more stable. I must say I dont think pregnant ladies are in any demand...

So that is a bit of a stress on me for now.
We are also still renting and we have a 5 year plan to get rid of some debts and then to buy a place and hopefully have it paid off before we retire. It is a worry in itself. But in the area in Pretoria where we live the houses are so so expensive and then you dont get much for it.

Hubby had no cravings yet....He is really trying to stick to the banting diet, and he seems to be losing weight, but that is the last thing I want now....fatty foods...
@MTC - I am so happy your levels are nice and high. We just knew you were pregnant. It is exciting. You must let us know what you see in the shops. As I have most of the big stuff I am staying away from the shops for now. Once I know the sex I will buy bottles and clothes. That is about all I need. Oh yeah and maybe a breast pump as I gave mine away.
I am seriously hoping I fare better this time with the breast feeding.
I also got numb legs with my son but only at the end of the second trimester. The doctor said it is baby's weight blocking my arteries.
@gib - hang in there hun and take just one day at a time. I was very emotional around 5-6 weeks and my poor hubby got the worst of it. I would fight with him and then he would he just stay out of my way, and then I would go at him again for ignoring me! Oh boy he was fed up and said it must be a woman inside me! With my son I was not sick at all and never ever emotional and never ever got worked up. And he was the most peaceful baby there could be. Even today, he is so peaceful and does not even do tantrums. So I better start getting in line with the peace if I want a peaceful baby...
@Inca - that sure is a nice travel system you bought. How are you doing?
@Blou & Nikita - how are you ladies?
