Hi Ladies,

@Jay-Bee, I had some cramping before I found out and then again after that, must say I don't have it as often now. I just have this full feeling all the time. I ate 3 small pieces of fish yesterday afternoon and had this terrible full feeling and it actually felt as it I over did it..... so I got the same last night and I only ate 3 small rusks, its terrible.

@Ninies - Those winds.... I don't like them very much lol

AFM - I feel a bit off, also coming down with a cold, my throat and chest is really sore and have some body pains. And I cant take anything lol maybe I should stay home and sleep.

Is anyone experiencing insomnia???

@Jaybee - I am doing good thanks. I just have a lot of wind, and still feel off'ish in the mornings and the evenings.

I also have one huge appetite, although I cant afford to have it

I am exactly 9 weeks today - just wish the time can fly so that I can go see my gynae again for our 12 week appointment.
When are you going for your scan?

@ CDLK, oh my, that mustve been a nasty fall. Pilates sounds like a great idea, I did some classes a few years back to strengthen my core but then got lazy. Also maybe a Chiro appointment will be a good idea just to have everything checked out.

@ Gib, lol, icy the one day then summer the next :) I hear you about the stressing out part! I am worry myself as this is the first and I am not sure what each ache and pain means. Do you want a girl or boy?

@ Ninies, I just loved your story about your husband  I have heard that men get pregnancy symptoms and craving as well. What a cute story, would be funny if he is going to crave chicken again.

AFM, I wanted to ask you ladies. I have had light cramping on my left side a few times and cramping/pulling/fullness under my navel area. Lat night I had some sharp quick pains on my left half middle side and it is making me slightly worried. My gynae asked me last week if I was spotting/bleeding or having any cramps, I replied that I am having sort of AF cramps and some on my left side but not spotting. He said if the cramps is not bad or severe then I should not worry as its my uterus stretching.

Just wanted to know if you ladies are also cramping or anything in your abdomen area or even on the left side? Also my tummy is huge and looks 5 months pregnant already and I can't even pull my tummy in as it feels full. I normally have a flattish tummy and don't want to look so pregnant so early. Do you ladies have this and do you think the bloatness will go away?

Sorry for all the questions

@ Blou: Glad you and your little bean are doing ok.

@ Jay Bee: It is FREEZING!

I'm doing ok. Been feeling mildly queasy on and off this week but felt absolutely fine today. Didn't have many symptoms with my first pregnancy, so guess I am one of the lucky ones. Even so I HATE being pregnant. I am normally a very chilled out person but when pregnant I stress about anything and everything. I think it is because I can't see the baby to know they are ok. The minute my lb was born and I saw he was ok I was absolutely fine again.

Hi there ladies!

Welcome to all the new BFP's, exciting that this group is growing!!

@Blou - so glad you are doing ok. Got a fright when I read your post but happy to see all is well.

@Ninnies - don't feel alone on the showing already. All my jeans are already too tight around the belly and I'm only almost 7 weeks! Now I look extra fat lol. I'm very tall and can luckily hide it well but I also don't want to pock up too much again.

I've been struggling with feeling nauseous, I have quite strong food aversions and even though I am really hungry, when I eat it is only a little then feel nauseous. My mother is convinced it's a girl lol. The old wife's tales. My first born is a little boy.

I'm also looking at going to pilates. I had a bad lower back after my first pregnancy, and a few weeks ago I fell down the stairs and landed on my back, hurting my upper back! I am very concerned that I am going to struggle with this during pregnancy. My back is still not 100%. Thinking about going to chiro again and then I want to start pilates as well but after my app next week. All the people I contacted wants clearance from doc to say it's safe to go ahead.

I want to go buy stretchmark cream, although I used it in my first pregnancy but still got bad stretchmarks on my lower tummy. My skin is not elastic at all and to be honest, my son was a big baby (tall and sturdy)!

@Jaybee - Me too. While I am eating I am thinking about what I can have next.

With my first pregnancy I hardly had any symptoms. No sore boobies, no heartburn, no cravings, just constipation really, but like I say, I have always suffered from this on and off.

BUT: with my first pregnancy my hubby had the symptoms. He had constant heartburn, he had the cravings for chicken. He would go to work and by 9h00 he is standing in the woolies asking for a half chicken!!!! he would then have that for breakfast. He would buy more chicken for lunch. Everyone at the woolies knew he would come every day for his chicken. He then used to phone me every afternoon and ask if we can please eat chicken at night...I dont even like chicken that much. My son also loves chicken today. It is about the only meat he will eat...he is a very fussy eater.
My hubby picked up weight with me. :woohoo:
One evening we had to drive to a woolies shop that you find at the garage to buy him chicken. I did not even have cravings with my first pregnancy.

Yesterday he was saying he has an urge for something but he does not know what, so maybe he is craving again....
