@Blou - I am so happy you are fine and all is well on your side. I drink about 2L water per day and then some days I will drink prune juice in the hope that it will help ease the constipation.
I do still have about 2 cups of coffee and now and then I would have tea. What about making yourself some ice tea? That could be nice now with these warmer days.
I also feel that once I have eaten I feel better and not as nauseas.

@Nikita - My nipples has been sore from day 1!!!! Very very sensitive. hubby knows he is only allowed to look and not touch.... :tmi: :tmi: :tmi:
I did not experience this with my first pregnancy and did not have much breast milk either. So this time I am hoping atleast that if they are so sore I will have a good supply of breast milk. But still such a long long way to go.

I also get up at night probably about 3-4 times to wee....

Hi Ladies,

@Blou - good to hear from you
I drink about 1.5l of water per day and some rooibos tea - sometimes normal tea or a cup of coffee, but must add that I really don't feel like normal tea or coffee  I have to eat more now otherwise I get my dizzy and nausea spells
:tmi:
I also feel bloated and uncomfortable, starting to get a tingly feeling in my nipples :tmi: :tmi:
I woke up at 3:30 this morning and didn't know why so after I was trying to fall asleep again for about 10 minutes I decided to go to the loo and pee :tmi: well after that I fell asleep again.... this is just weird

Hello ladies

Sorry I have been a bit quiet

I am doing fine, luckily not bleeding anymore, just some brown spotting from time to time, still very tired and I go to bed early at night, don't really have nausea anymore. Struggling with a bit of acne on my chest, arms and back  The only thing I am struggling with is to drink enough water, how much water are you ladies drinking, or do you drink something else, wondering if I should get some sweeto or something to make the water more drinkable :P

I do eat during the day which is something I never used to do, but struggling with feeling bloated all the time as well

The joys of pregnancy

@Jaybee - strange these food aversions. I dont want anything that is oily or fatty. We used to eat bacon and eggs every morning for breakfast but now I dont want any of that and hubby is left to make his own breakfast.

I cant really afford to pick up that much weight again. With my first pregnancy I ended up picking 27kg up. I am now the same as when I started with my first pregnancy (and I can really do with losing 10kg). So I try to go to gym atleast 3 times per week to do some cycling or walking, but I must say that If I want something I eat it!!!!
They say that with second pregnancies you are so much bigger so much sooner. I am 8 weeks and already it looks like I am showing and I cant wear clothes that is too tight.

@Blou - I have been thinking alot about you yesterday, are you ok hun?

@ Ninies, last week I was obsessed with grated cheddar cheese and ate so much of it but this week I am not interested :) Ooh that pizza sounds divine! I have also been so thirsty and drinking 3L per day. I am hoping to not put on any extra weight in the first trimester or maybe a kg or so as I know in the second trimester the weight will pile on. I don't go to gym but I take a 30 minute walk every second day.

AFM, My sister told me that pregnant women should avoid or be very cautious about skin care products with Salicylic Acid, Retinol and all Vit A ingredients in them? I checked my skin products and they all had them? So I immediately changed to Oil of Olay Essentials and my skin is no more dry like it was last week and it feels great. :)

@Ninies - I am trying to find someone who gives yoga or Pilates classes in Alberton, I emailed a lady and awaiting feedback. I used to do Pilates at the gym, but I never extended my contract
