I did and I even told them to stick the appointment up where the sun does not shine.

I am so frustrated today, I fell last nigh and my hip is so freaken sore. I am seeing the Dr today and then I am resting after that.

The weather in Joburg is so nice.

Yeah then 5 days and I am on maternity leave. I cannot wait anymore.

Oh gosh-thats awful!! where they not monitoring movements, etc?! that is so sad!

About your tooth, you really shouldn't suffer. Phone them again, and ask if they dont have a cancellation, and just keep bugging them until they find you a slot!

That's nothing, maybe she put the wrong codes in? I was lucky I never had to go for a D&C. I just heard that a girl I went to school with had a still birth. The baby was due 28/12 and Dr left baby in for almost 3 weeks after so when he did the C-Sec the baby was covered with meconium. Same Dr who stuffed up with me.

That's the only dentist I trust and he is the only one in my area that uses stuff safe for pregnancy. I was never fond of the girls working for him they are a bit on the old side. I will just leave it as is and get it fixed after baby is here.

Exactly! well I guess except if they are doing a c-sec, but then the charges are much higher anyway!
weirdly enough, i was only charged R800 by the gynea for the D&C!!

She helped a little. My ITBs were very tight! and she massaged the lower back, so that relieved a little. she also said that there is a belt that provides support under the tummy. But she will send me the brand and type that she has had good responses about.

its Feb, why can they only give you an app in April?!!! Do they know when you are due? maybe they only will work on it after baby is born. Perhaps try another dentist.
My SIL needed a root canal in her 6/7th month, but the dentist was hesitant, so he did a temp job, and after the baby was born did the proper thing.
Perhaps they can do something similar if they hesitant?

Hehehe I will def try my best not to be like that. U know it’s funny, we were packing his drawers and the amount of socks this child got so far is more than enough for 3 kids so my husband said to me if he is anything like the 2 of us the sock will go to waste. We also walk barefoot it’s the best.

And the big things are they things we need we can’t go without them! I know it’s ridiculous how much they charge and they only get phoned when baby is about to get born the rest the nurses do.

I really hope he can sort you out. It’s not nice walking around with so much pain.

Haha! dont worry about it. My MIL is a bit OCD and used to want to wipe hands and mouths all the time initially, she has calmed down with the wiping considerably, but is still obsessed with wearing shoes. Hubby, my daughter and I walk barefoot a lot!!

I still have the mat, and since we are in a bigger house, we will use it this time around.

Yea baby stuff is expensive, but I think its mostly the big stuff initially. Most people say that nappies make a big dent, etc, but i think we may have spent about R500 per month. And we did not buy formula.
Dont get me started on the Dr costs! I considered going to see a midwife rather, but they also charge R500 per session!
The gynea charged R7000 to literally walk into the room, and catch the baby. and then give me 5 stitches! She could have done it for R500!!

My hip is ridiculously painful today. I went for a short walk (15mins) this morning, thinking it would loosen it up a bit, but it seems to have made it worse! I did make an app at 12:30 with the chiro, but i am not sure its going to relieve much pain!

I really hope so, I don't want to be the mother that keeps on wiping his face and hands.

They are very expensive. Well all baby stuff is expensive, having a baby is expensive starting with your Dr and the vitamins etc.

Hehehe they are starting already? I had my 1st weird dream at 29 weeks and it was the same I gave birth at someones house but as soon as they wanted to give him to me hubby woke me up asking me what I am doing, He said I was crying and looking around for something so I said I am looking for our baby.
