ladies have you started buying things for the baby

Maj - Sea Band Mamma helped me a lot when I was nausea's I still suck on them when I feel like that. It's the sweetest little thing my heart melts every time and the girl doing the scans is a sweetheart she shows us everything and explains and tells us what to look for when we don't see it. He is not shy he shows his little private parts off to the world hahaha.

I got special bra's made from a bra shop and got maternity bras so I think I am. Oh that's one thing I am thankful about the 2nd trimester that I am not as tired anymore I couldn't handle it. Good luck for the rest of the day

@karabo, it must be so great that they are so interested in everything now already. I am sure they will be a great help once the baby is here!

@ MommyWannaB, I thought the nausea had all disappeared, but yesterday it hit me badly! i got home, and had to just lie down. Could not even look at the raw chicken I was supposed to cook for dinner! Hubby had to buy some take out instead!
hope it goes a bit better today!
Still getting quite tired, and today I went to gym this morning, so I think I might need to sneak to the car for a nap at lunch time! Im yawning now already

Summer has finally arrived in CT-adds a spring to my step! try soaking yr feet in some coolish water when you get home, will cool you down nicely!
Aaw sweet! glad you get to see so much at your scans. Can remember my daughter doing much at my scans previously!
I also have sore boobs, but no blue veins. are your bras giving you enough support?

AFM I am getting uncomfy and big. The heat is killing me theses days. I saw my boy again yesterday and the little monster is so sweet he licks his hand and sucking thumb. Dancing in there, sure hope he doesn't like it too much in there lol. My boobs are so sore I cannot even touch them and the blue veins are showing, hope it's my milk getting ready for after birth.

Ok so I took the kids wtith to my appoinetment 2 weeks back and they were excited and asked a lot of questions, as in I got interrogated and cross examined. When did I know this and why I kept it from them and .....
Anyway, next Monday I went to etch them from school and everybody knew this and I was some kind of a celeb with their peers. That was nice. I have inly told 3 of my colleugues .

@ MommywannaB, i agree, they are so tiny and so far away from you!! I would keep wanting to check if they ok, even with the monitor. The first couple of days I got up so often to check the cot (which was alongside me in the room), eventually I decided I'd be more at ease with the baby in the bed (We have a big bed, so no concern about squashing!)

Though I know of a lot of mums who say newborns are too noisy in the same room!!

We have also decided to keep baby in our room in a camping cot for about 6 months. We have started with his room but feel he will be to tiny and all alone if we put him in his room from day 1. I get sad thinking about it.
