I think we are all doing our very best to stay awake, chatting on the forum is hars work when all you want to do is sleep and you can't coz this or that is sore and baby won't b still and... or maybe thats just me?

Anyhow counting down the days till ML... Just gotta make it to the 13th od August... Not too long now.

zakumi is a good weight, 2.3..... they still have to get to 3.2 + they only slow down in the last month...36-40 weeks ....

yip, my doc is Dr C Pillay. did not know my friends also went to her an had a C sec, believe she was very good. only found out when I was like 5 months they were seeing the same doc......

she is gentle...

your one week ahead of me, I am 32 weeks next week and have my check up....

you will have baby though early september ? I was lucky that I could not find a baby bag i liked or they were too expensive, so when we bought our pram, car seat and carrier, it came with a nice nappy bag that daddy is also proud to carry, matches the pram red and black...suede. looks very nice

Went to see Zakumi today for the 32week check up
and she is weighing 2.3kg She has slowed down from all th e other times. Looks like i will have my csec on the 2nd.If she is under 3kg I will wait for the 8th though. Sher who is your dr? Apparently on the 9th the stand in Dr is dr Pillay and that just made me nervous coz I have never heard of him/her.

@Sher thats what I was hoping for but most weekends are busy theres no way. I am going to KZN this weekend, the next hubby wont be around, the one after that I have a preggy shoot
That leaves the weekend of the 21st and the 28th

I think I will complete packing my bags once I find a nice baby bag.

shame dont worry, sometimes your friends might say they not having you a BS, just to throw you off track, but they are planning one for you

work always have one for the ladies but yes they sometimes have it last minute, i had my personal one and now the work one is only 1st week in september and I am due end of september

I wont wait for things to pack bag, cause i have all baby clothes and blankets and smellys etc. so that is fine. I wil choose all the nicest outfits for hospital.

its just my bag is a worry, finding pjs is a disaster, so gonna go look this weekend and if I cant get summer button ones, then I will get two winter ones but not expensive and if they come along later, I will get the summer ones but for now just as back up, the winter ones wil have to do. they wont go to waste, can use them next winter then. cause I am buying the same size I wear now. I have not bought any bigger clothes yet. still fitting in my same size....

I collected my nursing chair yesterday, I love it, we bought a nice white leather wingback chair and its practical for nursing and then when I am done, we can use it in the lounge. no point spending money on a chair that I wont use again, cause you dont nurse forever. so now the chair is versatile

just a rug now.....but this weekend all that will be sorted.

On a lighter note I am happy that I am 32weeks and that I will be seeing gynae tomorrow.

Dont even talk about the pubic bone pain. I also want to pack my bags now coz going to the mall has become a problem, I can only do 2 stores and I am dead tired.

Woolies has summer nighties but they dont have buttons.

Sorry for not doing personals I think I am too emotinal today. Thanks for the thought Kerry....lovies. I also believe a shower makes you feel special and u celebrate the upcomign birth with friends.

Hope you had a great day, I dint this babyshower thing just made me so sad. I think its because I have planned a couple of babyshowers and now that its me no one is taking initiative Agh but I will get over as planning it myself just doesnt feel right. I thought it would be a surprise or maybe hubby would organise something.Its sad when yoor friends let you down, my 2 closest friend are in KZN and they told me today that they cant plan anything so its confirmed no bs.

I decided to go shopping for receiving blankets and a couple of outfits after realizing there aint no BS from friends. I am happy that I am not alone and thanks for comforting me ladies.

I am hoping my collegues will atleast buy some gifts, but that will probably be on my last day of work which is very late. The nice thing about a bs is that you dont have to buy as many things as u would without one.
