Yep it is quiet in here.

Where is everyone?

I think we need to chat more as next month is our month and some of us will be going on ml, so we need to keep track of whats happening, who`s doing what & who popped first in our little island

So i decided to get all the nessecities(you know things that people wont get you for a BS). I think im ready, well almost All im wondering about is when, where & how is it going to go - labor.

Who`s doing their uif through TumsToMums? Have you gals started with the forms? Thats my other worry now.

Kerry and Sher, you ladies are super organised. For some or other reason I'm putting things off till the last minute. DH is still doing some painting in the room, our entire top floor is smelling like paint. I still have to rinse all baby's things and then pack. Having nightmares about going into early labour and then nothing is ready, but not even that is getting me to do things.

Our boy's been having bad nights since Sunday, so I did not sleep well at all (and that is besides me not being able to sleep in general) Had to fetch him from school today, took him to dr immediately, seems to be a tummy bug doing the rounds. He is sleeping now, but I do hope that he sleeps well tonight so I can also get some proper snooze.

Do you guys have any idea where the other ladies are? It's getting quite lonely on this thread.

My suitcase is packed i even spent the weekend unpacking and folding receivig blankets and getting the baby room ready, put the bedding on the cot, i think everythings just about done...

Then i got started on the bathroom... well the baby's one at any rate, we had to put in new taps as the ones in there wre totally broken and no matter how we tried they couldn't be fixed or nursed back into life... so we changed those and put in a new towel rail and i put up some towel hooks...

Just have to put up a lil shelf by the bath now for the soaps and stuff... and it might be good to get a baby bath too huh?

yes finally got my cot was overdue but now it is here, jsut waiting for the borders and pic frames. otherwise all is done

my work baby shower is next week, had my personal one already.

I have my 32 week scan tomorrow, so quite excited to see my little angel.

my bags are packed on weekend and babas bags too. like to be organised just in case.

Hope you all had a relaxed weekend.
Mine was a bit hectic, my sister in law had her traditional wedding in KZN.

Sonay and there u were thinking you will not be having one. Well lets hope mine is also under wraps, even though time is running out.

I am so happy my compactum is arriving tomorrow.
@Sher did Tanja get back to u regarding your cot? I thought I would receive mine only on the 16th but they phoned today.

Hi Ladies
Where is everyone??? Still having a long weekend?
Hope you all had a splendid weekend. Well, mine started of very crappy, let's just blame it on the hormones. Then on Sat morning I had a surprise BS. It was so, so stunning. Nothing like my first one and little missy got the nicest gifts. I could not believe how they've conned me into it and that DH knew about it for more than 2 months already. Well, all I can say is that times like that makes one realise that you must be thankful for wonderful friends. Best of all, some of them even bought a gift for our boy to make sure he does not feel all left out.
As for my preggy body, can't believe it, but yes, my pelvic pain is getting worse by the day. It is so, so difficult to walk. I go out in public as little as possible. AND PANADOS DOES NOT HELP!!!!!!!! Plus her head in/under my ribs are really uncomfy. Have to admit I had a couple of crying sessions already, just wanting this all over now and wanting to feel like my old self again. But, like my son keeps telling me, she needs to stay in there a little longer to still grow a bit. Sure this last month will just fly by. Just realised now, 4 weeks left for little missy to get ready for her arrival.

Going to have a lovely pre-natal massage tom morning and then it's my shower in the afternoon (will try post some pics next week) and then it's my twin nieces 6th birthday on Sun, so a very busy weekend all round!
