wow i cant believe this thread is still going on

I hope you all are doing great and babies too. My Lb is going to be 8 months tomorrow. He has 2 teeth out and 2 almost out, crawling and very very active.

I am now preggy for baby no.2. totally unplanned...

any other sept mommies by ant chance in the same boat? lol

Hi everyone!
Had an awfull week and weekend. Michaela was cutting her second tooth and had a temp of 39 most of the time. Had her at the doc twice and they said not to worry as there is nothing else wrong and it must be the teething causing it.I slept nothing trying to keep her comfortable and her temp down. And the whole time she was all smiles and chatting away. The tooth came through on Friday afternoon and her fever was gone, but now she cries the whole night and wont sleep, she is fine during the day, maybe just a bit miserable, but at night she is awake every half an hour to an hour crying and i struggle to get her to go back to sleep! Im so tired of rocking and hopping and dancing.I dont know what to do. She use to wake 2-3 times a night, i would give her milk and she would fall straight back to sleep. I dont know if its separation anxiety because i slept with her for a week, or maybe practicing her new milestone, ( standing up ) when she wakes up that is causing her not to want to go back to sleep???????

Anyhow let me stop ranting.

Sonay - agh shame man i hope baby gets better soon... I also use the nasal aspirator thingie you do i just put some saline drops in her nose wait a bit and then suck them out.. but touch wood she hasnt been that sick

Regarding finger foods i gave Kaelyn some overcooked pasta screws last week, she loved that, also bread crusts and peas... bits of this and that.

I also use the fresh food feeder with plain ice cubes in and she goes moggy for it... but whats also nice is if you put in a block of frozen purity... she likes that too
