K is doing well, dont know if i mentioned it but on saturday he dropped his toybox on his toy and it cut him quite badly,, its starting to heal now but still looks sore and the second anything comes near its he starts saying "no dont touch my toe, its sore"lol. he is still not eating well at home besides for fruit and yogurt but the school ensures me he is eating well. Okay let me get back to work.

Thanks so much for the concern but I’m okay. Had tummy cramps the weekend and just when I decided to rather go to hospital to check it all out it went away! And baby is very active so it’s cool. Dh is in Cape Town this week and Z is missing him terribly, she just wants to drive off to the airport to go and get him!
Shame.

Vix, just liked your pic. Really hope you win, I also saw a party competition on Jacaranda FM but you have to register, etc. Sounds like a schlep. I’m actually starting looking at party ideas for Z since I know I’m not going to have the time with the new baby. I don’t have a choice this year as she’s constantly talking about her bday and her party and whom she’s going to invite!

Nelria, hope you receive your mark soon. Shame, sad about that guy. I’m always so shocked when I find out that old school mates died.

Mandy and Simone, yay on reaching the 12 week mark! Happy that all is going well. Shame, Mandy, Cam sounds so cute, hope you can keep the blood pressure down.

Hi ladies

I arrived safely and all is going really well. Let's hope it stays this way. Wonderful group of women which is what makes a trip really. Weather is actually nice. Not too hot as the rain is cooling it down. Really humid though. Everyone is off to the Taj Mahal today. Been there done that and don't feel like an 8 hour car trip so working today and just resting. Didn't sleep on the plane and didn't sleep too well last night.

Mandy looking for a home is not easy. I guess that is why we built on as it would cost so much more to upgrade a little, but I know you guys had building issues. Take the time you need to find a nice place. I am sure you will.

Hello gals

Went for my scan and very cute to see whole little baby looking back at us. We got a wave a few times. We did take cameron but he didnt really connect the screen with what was in my tummy.. he was worried about his mommy on the doctors table and him fiddling with my tummy, he kept saying, you finished now mommy?

Anyhoo instead of 12 weeks , i was 12 weeks 6 days so looks like 3 jan due date.. good heartbeat, and the downs checks on the screen were all very good not to be downs. So went for downs test etc. Only negative was that I have high blood pressure already, which i only had in the last 3 weeks of last pregnancy. Im hoping I was just a bit anxious with hubby and marc and myself all getting the timing right for the appointment and trying to keep my weight down. I did loose weight in the last month so gynae was happy with me excercising now. Anyhoo - tooooo wonderful to see the baby getting there and no sign of the sex just yet which we thought so we will see next time .

Simone how was your celebratory dinner last night?

Addy sounds so cute with her panties. This morning i put on some camo pants on Jono and C screams that they are his (he has identical pants) so i told him no his are in his room, so off he goes to put them on. he went to school in camo pants that are 2 inches too short, red wellies, blue knitted jersey, he really looked silly this morning but we are at that stage where he chooses what he wears. he's been wearing socks and flops for the past month even in this cold weather.

having a hectic day but just had to share this with you ladies, my dh is being so romantic, he phones me now to phone my mom to ask if she will be availible for babysitting on the 17th of September so i asked why, apparently he has booked us in for the night at the hotel that we got married in last year for our first wedding anniversary (18th of sept) his already planning to have room service, champagne etc and then to go for a walk on the beach the next morning and then breakfast etc, apparently he has been doing extensive research on 1st wedding anniversary gifts and has found the perfect gift me already lol - so sweet.
