Mandy we are beyond stickers. We used them so much during training that he doesn't want them anymore so I am going to get a chart, but will have to give him something else when he has a certain number of stickers.

Simone, so glad everything went well and that you still got the job!! Unfortunately I don't think I can say the same, the guy asked if we were planning on having more children and when I said yes, he said that would be a problem cause then he would have to go without an accounts person for some months again... After that I didn't even bother to tell him I am actually preggies already.

Mandy, happy your scan went well! Cant wait for my next one on the 6th, will be 19w on Friday.

Iris fell on Sunday and a piece of broken tile her dad left lying around went right through her lip Took her to the doc but he said its too small on the outside for a stich and the inside will heal by itself. She is fine now and says it doesn't hurt but the whole side of her face is swollen...

Hey simone, Addison is just TOOO Clever! Just thought id mention that i have introduced a sticker chart which i bought for about R25. from The Crazy store and I tell cameron that if he gets dressed without fighting and crying like mommy and daddy do, then he will get a sticker. I am putting a sticker on the chart and a sticker on his hand. He gets to show the sticker off to his teacher and he is responding VERY well. We are also doing it with SLEEP time and supper time. we had a bad night with sleep again after the drugs were finished but I spoke to him about it and didnt give him a sticker and he said but I SORRY MOMMY, so I said , thats okay, you can try again tonight.... but he rannnn into class yesterday showing off his stickers so perhaps Cynthia can give her stickers during the day for good behavior that she can show you guys when you get home

Mandy so glad the scan went well!!! High BP??? ooh you must please take it easy! are there no meds you can take to keep it low?? Cute re: Cam being worried about mommy Addison saw them do an ultrasound on tv the other day and she burst into a smile! LOOK MUMMY THEY FOUND YOUR BABY!!! Was so cute. She is so busy though...not sure if I'll take her again to scan...even though she did enjoy it. Flip she is up and down and noisy!!

Julz so glad you had a good flight! hope you managed to rest while everyone else went sight seeing! Funny enough I was 13w on Sunday....and my last puke was Saturday night???? (TOUCH WOOD!!) So hopefully that is all over now!

Zee lol @ Ziani planning her own party! Addison has also requested her party and colours, etc. I've gotten quotes from a 'fairy garden' place here in PE and they do puppet shows for the kids, treasure hunts, face painting, etc. So think we'll go with that...as I will be heavily preggies and not wanting to do it all myself!

Supper was nice...but we ended up getting a starter mushrooms to share and I was so stuffed...brought my meal home and just had it for lunch now:) Addison had a ball playing...but she refuses to eat! Nothing much to report this side....still quite busy but just decided to take a bit of a break cause I was starving. Trying to avoid clients as director really just left me for the sharks...left the country, didnt do my work...and I had committments to 3 clients...2 of which I have already broken:( I hate not keeping my word....so now I told reception to say I am in meetings all day! I just can't face them:(

Addison is well. Apparently a mission to dress today again (heard her crying when I called cause Cynthia wanted to put on long sleeved top).

She tells me to eat her finger...and then to her that means a piece of her is in my tummy...so she then climbs in under my nightie and pretends to be in my tummy saying hello to baby! what amazing imaginations these kids have?? And the logic?? Ag man...love her to bits:)

This is like my 10th attempt to post this morning ... so much to do and not enough time as usual. Cape Town accountant giving me grief as well because he is just passing his responsibilities to me and when I told him that he laughed it off as delegation (and we're on the same level grrrrrr) Hope I made my point with him though.

Zee so glad & relieved to hear that you're feeling better. Take it easy and hope Z gets used to not having her daddy around for a few more days. Lol @ her wanting to plan her own party hehehe.

Julz glad you're safe and sound in India. Hope you do get to relax tonight. During the monsoons is it continuous rains all day long? Wish I could go back to India soon but to areas like Shimla & Rishikesh so need Shrey to be much older before I do that.

Helen Shrey also went through that whiny stage recently ... it would drive me up the wall. Hope he stops doing that soon and glad you figured out how to get him to sleep earlier.
Shame re poor Nina's rash, hope the doc gives her something that eases it super fast.

AFM yes Helen Shrey still sleeping with us, not sure but maybe it's the cold that keeps him coming back to our bed. It's not so bad but then there are times when he sleeps across the bed so that disturbs us. Last night I slept in the middle and Shrey slept soundly for the whole night so maybe he was uncomfortable in the middle.
Otherwise not much happening on my side. Shrey's is being cute & naughty & clever all at the same time. He is making huge progress with puzzles, finishes a 4, 6 & 7 piece just to master the 8 piece which gives him a bit of trouble. Then he has a 16 piece wooden one with the pic at the bottom and he does that all on his own.
Colours are coming along nicely, he just needs to concentrate and not be distracted by his toys.

Okay other peoples work calling again. Got to run.

Mandy - Glad baby is looking well. I used to have to take Oliver to my scans as there was no one to look after him and for the first few Theo couldn't make it either, Oliver was quite frightened by it all I ended up laying on the bed with Oliver sitting on my chest whilst the doc sonared my tummy lol. After about the third time Oliver was quite chilled so I hope Cam calms down as well. Oliver uised to enjoy being able to see it all and he even point to his corresponding body parts when he could identify something on the screen - especially when we'd see the babies face

Julz - Happy that you arrived safe and I hope you have a good trip and that you get some rest today. Please excuse my curiosity (and feel free to tell me where to go lol) but what do you actually do whilst you are there and why do you have to do it in India, is it not something that can be done locally?

Ok that's all I can remeber for now, hello and sorry to everyone else I've missed!!

All is well with us, Oliver is whining like no tomorrow, driving me round the bend so hoping this phase will pass I've had enough of it now!! He's also adjusting to not having an afternoon sleep so that doesn't help, the days that he has a sleep (even if I only let him have half an hour) he fusses at bedtime and only goes to sleep late so now I've taken to cutting out the nap and putting him to bed earlier then he's lights out very quickly lol. Suits us better as well as it means we get more of an evening child free

Nina is as adorable as ever, I can't believe how much quicker she is than Oliver was, if you wave and say hello she waves back, man oh man its so cute cos she gets so excited and just waves/flaps the one arm whilst hopping on her bum like a crazy girl. She's also starting to try clap her hands, I sing 'pat-a-cake' to her and clap my hands and she's now attempting to do it herself, so sweet Think I might have to take her back to the doctor though, I've been battling nappy rash on and off for 6 weeks now and I just can't get it to heal completely, I've had her bowel moving regularly for a while now and then last week she got a bit constipated so I started adding prune juice to her milk again and her poor little bottom flared up horribly again. None of the over the counter and old wives remedies seem to be working so I think the only thing to do now is to take her to the GP. I don't use wipes on her nor soap in the bath, the Antipeol and Bepanthen don't do much either and I don't think its thrush either because I've been using Nystacid cream and Nystacid oral suspension, so frustrating!!!

Anyways, best get back to work
