Oh goodness Lisha I would NEVER survive with my inlaws. And I don't even dislike them that much lol. I lived with C, his dad and his brother for a year while I was studying in JHB and let me tell you, it was hell. I was incredibly depressed that year. Their lifestyle is just soo different to what I was used to. They all have tv's in their rooms so they go to the kitchen, dish dinner and go to their rooms. I was so used to all of us watching tv together and eating together.
And although I like his sister, I can't imagine living with her either. I sometimes don't make my bed until 12 and that's just the way I am, she wants it done the moment you get up. Oi vey!

Nicole I told dh that he must just pay their rent and he says what R2000 for someone elses property ... I didn't respond now but if it starts to become a reality then I will have to speak up ...

Simone my mom isn't alone. My parents had their own place and my older sister and her hubby lived with them from the time they got married.

Simone try not to worry about things. I listened to an economist who said that we are one of the few nations where owning a house is so important and really we shouldn't.

Lisha people come around at work but I find them to be pricey. If I'm buying on street I don't expect to pay more than 50 bucks?? They want R80 or R100 which for the quality I think is over priced.

Man this child does not wanna sleep....I'm lying in bed pretending....meanwhile she has chucked all bedding out of cot...taking bottle apart now!
