Gals, seriously now, how long can I leave these runny poo nappies with Jono? He's only having about 4-6 a day but his bum is now bleeding, the medaspor and vaseline was working really well except obviously it creates a barrier on the nappy so at night I just put the pharmasists healing cram on instead so he doesn't get a leaky nappy but by this morning it was red raw again. I'm giving him the probiotic...... Still not another symptom so I'm sure it's teething nappies?.

Helen shame hun, like Simone said you seem to be stuck in a monsoon!!! Hope changing the timing of the augmentin helps. Shrey's had that last year so can't really remember how he reacted with it.
Hope Nina does start to feel better soon.

Re mum, yes she and mil do get tired and they alternate days with Shrey. He's actually very tiring and wants them to keep him busy all the time. Loves to be outside too, so in summer it's very exhausting for them.

@ Vix, I agree. He he he Egg whites, did you ever try that one? Must admit, it does gross me out that though. Making a baby is about the relaxation that Love making brings to a relationship and in turn the conception of a child. Getting all clinical and stressed out about it also just gets a bit way over the top for me and doesnt' do me any good. Although I've been waiting for long, i'll still happily plod on like I have been and try remain as relaxed and in control of my own body as I am.

2km- It was fun when we were all testing out homemade remedies like egg whites and different positions but now it seems to be about which ridiculously expensive 'fertility' product to buy next, soy, super sperm capsules, egg enhancers, things to change alkalinity no no no I think someone must have shares is silly pharmacuticals cos there are a lot of OTC things being tried out there and let's face it none of them seem to be working.

Simone - I think the shops reccommend the fewer piece ones because of the choking hazard, I never go by the age they're reccommended for but what the puzzle itself looks like, the more contrast the easier it is for them to do I think and it helps when its something they recognise And yes, the wooden ones are just like normal ones but they're quite hard to find but Oliver finds it easier as the pieces fit together better. And the bigger the pieces, the easier he finds them.

Julz - The paed prescribed Augmentin the first time I took Nina to see him when her first ear infection had come back, the GP had prescribed Orelox initially but two weeks later the infection was back so took her to the paed and he prescribed Augmentin. He'd been happy that the GP had tried the Orelox first. We tried the Orelox again 2 weeks ago because doc and myself weren't too keen to use Augmentin again as its stronger than the Orelox but it seems that the Orelox just doesn't solve the problem properly, I took her back to the doc after 5 days of the Orelox so he could check her ears and they had cleared but then a week later (that's Monday just gone) we were back at the doc with the ear infection back so hence Augmentin again and an appointment made with the ENT When she had the Augmetin first time round she didn't seem to have a reaction to it but I can't remember whether I'd been giving it before or after a feed
