Please don't get me wrong. I love the ttc girls. I just know alot about ttc and fertility so when I suggest someone should see a fs I am really not kidding. Often it is financially difficult but by the time the person has seen the tenth gynae three years later you feel that had they seen the fs after 6 months they would have saved money. I just feel so so bad for the ladies who have been ttc for so long. It must be so hard to see a buddy get a bfp!!!

Flip if I find out it is Lelani, I am going to drive to paarl and kick her bum..

Mandy here we talk about ANYTHING...difficult to talk about 'Barry White' (Julz you've changed it from Lelani's 'ooh la la' time) time to strangers....cause I'm quite shy...so its alot that I'll talk and joke with you ladies, but only because we have a history.

Julz - i hear why you have concerns about the TTC thread, but different folks have differing needs.. I only dabbled in the TTC thread, but found that I was actually more comfortable telling you ladies my excitement and woes.. even this morning. I decided not to post there but rather on here, not because i have anything against them but because we are all so much closer and more personal with each other and I knew i was amongst friends here..

Remember that for some, they really crave the information and to tell their personal story, and if i didnt know all of you and started to find out such massives of confusing information out there on the web, it might help me to find a ttc forum, and some gals LOVE IT THERE!

About me, I personally ENJOY the charting the excitement of it all, the information for example Julz & vix information is GREAT and helps me to get over myself and understand what happened and convinced me to CHILL!! My personality is that when i want something, I want it NOW, and since it took me a YEAR last time, i always think that if i understand more about my body, I might get lucky earlier ! my personal sex life with hubby is fab, but after 10 yrs together, we mostly do the deed once a week unless we take the odd extra moment and so it would probably take 10 yrs to fall preggies at that rate. My man is also SUCH a creature of habit, so all i tell him, is its baby week hon and he knows that means every 2 days we get to have a little romp!

At the end of the day, i appreciate that for some women, the obsessing bit is tooooo much, but i know i cause my own dilemmas!!

Julz - i think you deal with this with so many more people than i can dream about, so for you I do understand the frustration..

Lisha - each to their own! as you know, we as a group are a vastly different set of women who have managed to find a pretty awesome balance between passionately voicing our own opinion and supporting each persons point of view, like the very topics at hand. and that particular thing is why 90 % of us are here!!! feel bad for that girl though that she didnt feel that way!

Too true Julz, I have 3 boys all concieved on ovulation day I think.

Once a week would be a dream come true for me, sadly it's usually once a month if I'm lucky but to be honest I'm too tired to be bothered about how little we DTD

Lisha, I say tell Lelani to pull her sox up and stop feeling sorry for herself, the only reason she feels uncomfortable is because she doesn't know who we are anymore because she doesn't visit us anymore (kjust kidding, I'm sure it's not her she'll bare faced ring me up and tell me to put a sock in it if I make her feel uncomfortable LOL)

Hehe - the whole ttc thing is hard. And after trying very hard for a second one, and sperm test and alot of blood test later we fell pregnant with bd of one night on day 12 and nothing else, as it is was over Christmas and new year and we had family over.
So yes Simone it can just happen, it I believe it happens at the right time of ones life.
