Lol Simone boy I can't wait to hear like that. Simone it comes from our msa which we have none left of so yes we have to pay the full amount out of our pocket!!! Oh and 13000 each is cheap. She told me the really good ones cost 30000 each! She did add though that I would need a fairly expensive one because the cheaper ones are not designed to purely pick up the high frequencies. They tend to just make everything louder which isnt what I need apparently.

ENT just emailed me now. He says it is very sad to have this level of hearing loss. we will monitor it annually to keep it in check. We will see how the ringing goes. Nothing they can do and i will see what we can do about the dizziness etc.

Riley is doing well - he goes to bed between 18h30 & 19h00, sleeps till 12is and then wakes every 2-3 hours after that.

Bryce is good with his colours - he rambles them off from purple to orange to red etc etc. He doesn't recognize black or white yet. Shapes are coming on nicely too.

Okey, regarding Australia. we went for our medical last friday. everything went well. Still waiting for the children unabridged birth certificates and then we can apply for our visums. seems we will be going at the end of June.

AND...... we will be in joburg for a few days from the 23rd of April. hubby's children is flying to joburg and we want to do some things with them in joburg (zoo, gold reef city, monte casino, etc). So, ladies, if you can, we can meet... (otherwise you can say hello and bye on the airport the day we love SA )

And something else, we need a nice place to stay. any suggestions???? must be child friendly.

Vix, where is the pics of the kitchen??? can't wait to see it. and what was the first meal you've cooked in your new kitchen. When we renovate our kitchen/house (I didn't have the kitchen for 3 months), my first meal was scramble eggs and damn, that was good. for weeks we were only eating microwave food and takeaways.

regarding colours: I have colour weeks. only one colour a week and I try to have everything in that colour. (sometimes it is for 2 weeks). I try to buy food in that colour, red apples, strawberries, tomatoes, etc or colour food in that colour. I love to colour mash and rice. I will make a red cottage pie. Then I will make red jelly to play with. I will let Mia only draw with red crayons or paint. I make red paint for the bath. and I make a point of only show her red things. red firefighters, red postbox, red clothing, etc.
