Nicole good luck with the meeting. Re christmas pressies - we just get the kids gifts and for my neice & Shrey we usually get something nice. This year I'm not too optimistic about bonuses so won't commit to anything yet. I would like to get Shrey the tool bench and tools that CJ got as a birthday pressie and maybe a few tiny cars to fill his truck up.

Glad that your 2 babies are well. My cousin's daughter is also complaining like Chanel about going to school everyday when there isn't any work being done.

Ally we also have to buy for like 5 cousins, then its all the mom's and dads and grannies etc so each person is getting a small but personal gift.

For K we are definatly not going over board, will either get the push rider or black bike, then this drum set i spotted other than that not sure, will proberly get him one or two more inexpensive gifts and then some p.j's and clothes.


I have to go to a meeting today out the office at 12:00 which will last for a few hours and then i will be heading home.

Anyway - I'm full of aches & pains today! I really feel like I've run a marathon or taken part in some sadistic Iron Man challenge!!! I'm EINA - I'm even walking around with a belly support belt on! And I've still got the whole day to sit and my desk and rot - oh how exciting!

So thats my whinge for the day - but on a more positive note: my 3D scan is coming up on the 13th. I've asked my folks to come along and see what its all about as there wasn't such things when my mom was preggies with myself or Jared - they're so chuffed to be invited with to share it with us.

You guys have got to check out a product called Gelli Baff is something I saw in the Baby & toddler magazine and when I saw it at the expo I simply had to get 2 boxes for Bryce. Its basically a powder that you pour into the bath water and it turns it into jelly-goo. Bryce loved it! And then there is a 2nd sachet of powder that you pour in when done to de-activate it again and turn it back into water so you can finish bathing and safely drain the bath without clogging your drains etc.

kids are doing great....
chanel is just very annoyed with the fact that she has to go to school to sit there & do nothing the whole day..
she's been saving for months now for her nokia express music phone & last night she finally got it....wow, it's amazing how glued a kid can get to a phone...lol...but will def control it in future!!! do NOT want a teenager phone-freak!!!

Nicole, we're also doing small pressies. Because we're getting them dvd's for the car and sand buckets etc before the actual day, we are just going to do small stocking fillers. They got so spoilt with their bday, they seriously don't need more toys right now. I'll just wrap small things so they don't feel left out when my nephew opens his pressies.

Lisha it is very tough!! We would be enclosed in our own yard and property but they will be basically a few steps away. Going to have to weigh up the pro's and con's.

Just nipped out to do some Xmas shopping K is finishing the same day as us so there will be no time for dh and I to go alone so we just doing bit by bit. We are just buying very small inexpensive gifts as it all adds up, even family members said its a small christmas this year. we just bought K's teacher a "heavenly" pamper pack with some choccies, then i have bought stuff for K's socking which is a barney dvd, a magical facecloth, santa chocolate lollipops and then some bubbles.
