Angie - I also think that we will remember these days fondly once they are over the baby phase! I also realise that sometimes we are trying so hard to get them to walk on their own and stop crying and use your word and share your toys and limiting bottles and dumies etc, that sometimes they just need a cuddle and whatever makes them cope! Cam also seems to suddenly NEED a bottle to just hold at bedtime! He has probably had one milk bottle a day since he was 12 months and now after his bottle before bedtime, he asks for MORE and then he just HOLDS it to fall asleep! too strange! but I just go in after he has fallen asleep and remove it from his cot!

Angie did the work say if they're paying for the move yet?

I do find sometimes Addison also becomes baby-ish. A few days/weeks ago she was asking for her nappy to be put on so she could wee?? So I think there are things that upset them and they regress for a reason. i left her and she came right again.

I think wait til after the move, because that is going to be a big adjustment for him as well...and in his own time he'll come off those things.

Thanks for the bday wishes for my BIG BABY...lol. Ag I love that man so much...he is such a gem.

He reminded me today....at his 21st I was horrible sick and at the hospital all day with what was almost a burst appendix. (Govt hospital and apparently my blood work was 0.1 under burst appendix level so they sent me home with panado...lol)

At his 26th I developed my first case of anaphalatic (SP) shock due to unknown allergies.

Now his 31st and I am puking my guts out! literally!

So I said for his 36th I'm booking my sick leave in advance cause it seems to happen every 5 years!lol

Thanks my friends! You all actually said what I was thinking all along, and I must remember that although we think our kids are big know, it does not all happen over night, and we should give them enough time.

On Cj's b-day my SIL made a comment as to why is he back on full time nappies, when I said that he is doing so good with potty training, I was so pissed off at her, and did actually cried a bit that afternoon, and then DH said I must ignore her, and we will raise Cj and do what's best for him, Dh then said we must leave him, especially till after the move, and then I have all the time in the world to sleep train potty train etc. I know the move is going to be a big adjustment for him, as he will no longer have the nanny etc, so I don't want to push him now, or put too much pressure on him!

Thanks for all your advice ladies, I am not going to stress about this anymore, and as you said Vix, by this time next year Cj will be off everything!

Angie- C goes through phases where he seems to go back to baby ways and I'm sure it's little feelings of insecurity. Elwyn was saying recently when I was getting stressed out with my mother in Oct that he could see it in C's babyness. But I have this thing that I will always encourage him to leave the baby phase I will not deny him of it when he feels he really needs it. CJ will come out of the baby phase when he feels comfortable but if you push him he might just keep the comforts for longer. I am leaving C with all his baby things until well after the twins have arrived and I think maybe it would be wise for you to do the same until well after the move, I'm sure it's as big if not an even bigger trasformation for him. Don't stress over it though, He won't be drinking a bottle and sucking a dummy this time next year so it'll only be a short time more.

Julz- I'm sure you'll enjoy your trip even though it'll be exhausting. C has taken a sudden interest in his baba paul that must do everything he does but I drew the line at taking baba paul out to the mall on Monday LOL

I found an 8ft trampoline with spring covers/mats for R1100 from Game so I phoned DH and told him to come home early and take me to see it! I'm sooooooo excited. I got the idea from the toy R us catalogue Nicole posted, they had a small one for R399 and I thought I'll search around and found this HUGE one for just over a grand. Might have to did a hole in the ground though so we can have it sunken so no falling off.

Lisha- I have a pretty large garden for a regular house so plenty of space for a trampolene. C has been bouncing on the beds and sofas since he started enjoying his cousin's trampoline so it's going to be perfect and such a great investment. I might have to wait a few months before I can have a go on it though LOL

Vix the trampoline is a brillant idea and will be enjoyed by each kid

Julz Keiran is also awake anytime from 04:30 - 5 it is really annoying and he doesnt want to stay in bed he knocks and shouts until we get out the room together but the cute thing is he tries to drag his big duvet with him to lounge and then we lie on the couch together and cuddle for about 30min whilst he watches Dora....priceless

Angie sorry you feeling so anxious and irratated, the move is a BIG DEAL so allow yourself to feel this way, you are entitled to. As for the boss well................ Angie K also has days where he wants his dummy all the time and we have huge tantrums to get it away from him, perhaps like Julz said he might be picking up on the tension and stress?

Simone wow Addy is progressing so well with the potty training. A big Happy Birthday to G, im sure he looooved his big breakfast.

Thank you everyone for the lovely messages for Keiran. I cant belive how fast these 2 years have gone by. I am looking forward to tonight, we are going to buy some cupcakes and have a little bit of family around and we are all going to sing for Keiran again. I bet he is proberly only going to go to bed after nine tonight with all the excitement, but dont mind it on his special day.

I will be MIA tomorrow as we are travelling out of town for the day for Business, will only be back in E.L. around 16:00 and then we will go straight to fetching Keiran. So i will post pics on Monday of the party.

last year DH and I got two days of holiday while Keiran was still at school so we used those two days to go Christmas shopping but this year he is closing earlier so no free days for us, so thinking i am going to start doing a little bit of christmas shopping every weekend then at least he wont get irratated and then when we shop for his prezzies i will get my mom to watch him or something.

Okay back to work i get.
