Pfairy- sounds like the party was a real hit! It's great that we can all share tips and ideas pro's and con's! sorry you guys are a bit lost on the whole Tanzania subject! must be a difficult decision to make!

Nelly- yay for exams finished! now you can have a life! LOL jees you do sound very busy for the next 10 days! Just as long as you don't cancel our date it's fine, I'm really looking forward to seeing you and the big boy!

just want to say Hi.

The party was a huge success. but like Simone said: too many food. glad I didn't bake a cake. The cupcakes was a hit and the cake pops (www.bakerella.com). Mine was plain chocolate one's, but it is so tasty. and the popcorn balls and of course the fizzers. The children loved the chocolate fountain (maybe next year I will only have the chocolate fountain). The adults loved the chocolate fountain as well. I wanted to make dough for the children to play with, but didn't have the time. we've inflated the swimming pool for the children and they absolutely loved it. they were all crying when they went home (party was 3 hours). I will download the photos tomorrow.

I feel terrible. I feel drained. I am so so so tired. I just want to cry for hours. these last 2 weeks wasn't great. since the Tanzania news. I didn't know what to do - must I resign, must I keep on working, will I cope. I slept for about 3 - 4 hours every night. And then last night hubby said that he is unsure now. he realised he will miss so much of the children's life. maybe he must stay. And then last night was the first night I slept for 6 hours. But I'm still tired and depressed.. I really hope this feeling will go away.

oh re take-aways we do fish and chips usually R85 for four then u stuffed on proper slap chips DEVINE or if only 2 of us we do chinese R90 but then its 2 dinners as the portions is enough for 2 helpings oh ans IF we do KFC we all have streetwise 2 so R80 for 4 and lea dont really eat so she gets my wing and 3 chips

Wow a quiet day for once

I have Mandy and Vix's no so if something happens I'll be sure to let one of you know I doubt anything will though, I have a feeling its not going to be the news I want to hear on Friday so then it'll be predictable anyway. My tummy is still growing, I have moooore stretch marks and they're getting bigger and itchy and if I scratch too hard then more marks appear...oh the joys of pregnancy!

Vix - the baby city thing is really easy, just go to their website (www.babycity.co.za) and click on the sms thing, can't remember what its called exactly but you shouldn't miss it, then you just have to register and then enter in all the telephone numbers you want the sms to go to, you'll get a confirmation sms and an email and all you have to do the day the babies are born is reply to that sms with the details. It makes life easier for when you're in hospital cos then you only have to sms to one number rather than a million - and no, sadly you can't sms to the UK ;)

I registered with the Baby City thing last week, its the one and only thing I have done in terms of getting ready for the baby hahaha - you can see I've got my priorities straight Tomorrow is my last day at work, then Oliver's birthday on Wednesday then I think I'll pack my hospital bag on Thursday. My EDD is worked on a 35 day cycle but I vary between 28-35days so technically my EDD could be a week earlier (27 Nov) so I really ought to get my butt into gear as they reckon second babies sometimes come earlier...

Had a fall at work today, felt like a Prize Charlie as I managed to do it when we had a shop full of customers , I was carrying Oliver and stepped on his pull cart (I knew it was there but didn't see it?!) so I literally went flying, it was like something from a cartoon, somehow I managed to handle it so that neither Oliver nor the baby got hurt as I landed on my bum but I somehow managed to hurt my shoulder in the process, now its clicking when I move it the wrong way. Ow. Defintely time to give up working.
