Don't have time to post - have a lot of catching up to do being out of office for 2 days!

We had lovely weekend!!!!!!!!!!

Glad the parties was nice Simone and Jessica - will look at pics tommorow!

Ally I wish I was in your house every evening, so that I can eat all the lovely food you are preparing! It's sounds so divine!

Yoza, so glad you liked the rice salad. Dinner tonight isn't so healthy for us lol. I'm making gorgonzola risotto with candied pears. I wanted to make something super impressive and take nice photo's for an international food photography site. But I'm not adding any cream like I usually do. Just chicken stock and then the fattening thing is the gorgonzola obviously. But the rest of the week our meals aren't TOO unhealthy. Having tomato braised lamb shanks on polenta tomorrow night, Sticky asian chicken on 'fried' rice on Wed and salmon pasta on Thursday. All 'rich' meals with a healthy twist.

I should get my results end November and the grad is December 16.
