I'm so anoyed with chanel's school
on tuesday they writing a test on economics....wednesday, geography & friday, history!!!! how crazy is that????
they suppose to write economics on friday, but moved it coz they doing athletics how insane is that????

we've got such a busy weekend planned....sat groceries shopping, baby shower & then maby a braai....hopefully can rest on sunday!!!

re natural & c-sec....hope that whatever you choose re birth will work out for you

Helen- if you think natural birth may end up in an emergency C-sec my personal advice would be to rather just book the C-sec. Mine wasn't bad but I think because it was all arranged and controlled. But still it's pretty crappy recovery process but your Dr is right, if it will save you the trauma of a bad natural why not take advantage. I hope you find the answer soon! Xxx

Ag, I think if I book a C-sec date then I will have a wax otherwise knowing my luck I'll have it done and it'll grow back before D day.

I really feel 'kak' y today! My sinus feels full and sore and I have had a horrible fuzzy head all day. My boys are kicking sore down very low and I managed to eat a whole plate of dinner and keep it down for all of 1 min. The whole bloody lot went to visit the sewerage plant. Elwyn says it's probably all because of the crazy hectic past week I've had and I'm inclined to agree. We have even declined a coffee invite from his sister for her boys birthday because Elwyn says I probably won't manage it. Wow it's like I hit a capability barrier pretty damn hard.

Vix - If you want to have a wax before your c-sec I'd say don't do it more than 10-14 days beforehand because it'll probably start growing back by then.

Nicole - Yay on K not having to have his tonsils out. Will be keeping FX that the tonsillitis stays at bay and nice to hear that a doc is doing the sensible thing

That's all I can remember for now. The scan went well, and nooooooo there was no peeking between the legs, can't spoil the surprise now! Baby is very healthy and my BP was much healthier as well, I'm only weighing in at 72kg so stil no big weight gain. Its a hung jury on my birthing options, he's definitely pushing a C-sec and I'm still sooooo torn as to what decision to make, he reckons baby will almost certainly be bigger than 4kg if I carry to term so he predicts a tough labour if I go natural and says we're in the 21st century so its not necessary to put my body through the trauma but at the same time if its what I want then its what women have been doing for thousands of years. It may or may not do more damage to my pelvic floor but he says the damage (if any) was probably already done when I had Oliver so going natural again could be fine but there are no gaurantees. He says we'll wait until 37 weeks and he'll do an internal examination, see where the baby's head is sitting and then go from there. Argggggh, its such a difficult decision to make because I know I could try go natural and end up with an emergency c-sec anyways or I could go natural and do permanent damage down below or I could go natural and be fine. Or I could forget about natural and just opt for the C-sec!!!!!!! And its also difficult because you never really know if you're getting an unbiased opinion.......ARGGGHHHHHHH!!

Anyways, sorry about the rant just feeling a bit lost. I've decided next week will be my last week at work because if I do go for the c-sec then he'll schedule it for 23rd November and I want at least 2 weeks at home before D-Day.

On a lighter note, my mum arrive next week, wohoooo!

Helen, I keep checking Moomie to hear about your scan today, I know you are tired, but how are we supposed to live through your excitement when you keep us in such suspense - annnnddddd, we WONT be mad if you tell us you decided to take a little eeenzy weeenzy peek between the legs of your baby????

Thanx ladies. I deleted the status update on FB because the ed asked me to. They are scared of the 'competition' steeling their ideas. Made me feel so wanted lol.

I have been super lazy today, doing nothing putting my feet up and although I'm sore when I stand up the pain is not nearly as bad as it has been the past few days so maybe I will just have to do things in short bursts for the next few weeks.

Need to go make some dinner but not sure what to do....... Still waiting for DH to be paid so I have the weirdest combinations available in the cupboard LOL
