Helen like the others say only you will know what's right for you and you shouldn't rush the decision. Listen to what your doc has to say at next appointment and then decide what's right for you.

Mandy glad Cam had his appetite back this morning. I agree we must let them be when they go through this phase and they will eat when they are hungry. Glad you aren't too busy at work now cos we get to hear from you more often.

Thanks ladies for your kind words, this is really upsets me because i think he is so selfish to do this to his son, i dont think my brother will ever be "better" his been like this all his life, has received help over and over. Im trying to get my sil some help by getting a protection order against him as he is really not normal when he is pumped up on drugs and booze.
