Morning ladies

Vix we've been getting the bumps down with Allergex. It's still coming up here and there on his face but I do think initial bite was just under his right eye as that is still swollen. All the calamine is going to do is help with itching I think. Shrey's bumps look more like blisters & they aren't getting red. He is otherwise happy & fine so not stressing now. I did change all the bedding in his bed & ours last night in case there was something in there biting him.

C sounds very cute interacting with the babies. I think he's going to want to help you change diapers & bath them when they are here lol. Re saying embarassing things in public the other day Shrey saw a merchandiser packing a shelf at PnP and he shouts 'hey man' ... dh was horrified cos the man did look around all confused lol.

Helen enjoy swimming lesson. Re natural without epidural ... the contractions were very very sore but the actual pushing of baby out was not bad at all for me. I actually loved that I could feel all of that. I do think that if/when there is a next time I will go natural without epidural again but I will be prepared for epi or CS should the need arise.
Oh yes doc did cut me though but I think rather that than tearing which can't be controlled. My friend insisted that they don't cut her and she tore terribly in the front ... so that's also something else to think about. And the gas was flippen awesome stuff lmao ... never had anything that made me feel high in my life lol.

Shrey has a new thing, everyday when we go to fetch him he tells us he's says 'I go home bus' or 'I go home taxi' lmao don't know how he know those vehicles are passenger vehicles but he seems pretty keen on public transport ... if only he knew

Okay mummies need to go complete another new SARS requirement!!! I hate all these new things by every govt dept in our country.

Simone- I'm actually really intrigued to hear what the Dr says. I'm sure it's bites. Well it's spreading but it's not contagous because I have not one bump on me.

I have to put DH on a strict low GI diet now because he's complaining about his thickening waist and bad back....... Grrrrr didn't really need to be meal planning as such and I need to be gaining weight not loosing it but at least the diet is sustained energy so might help for the fatigue.

The shopping trolley sounds great too but I just know it'll have to come to PnP with me and that I don't have patience for right now LOL

Nicole- C rubs the belly occassionally I try to ask him to interact with the babies everyday but some days he just covers the tummy and says bye to them so I leave him then, LOL jealous already! He kisses and talks to them through the belly button which usually ends up drippinng with dribble, gross, but it's cute. Also he likes to use the deo roll on in the morning so then he calls out "baba, baba" pulls my top up and puts roll on all over my tummy. Silly things really but I let him do what he feels comfortable with. Elwyn also has a big belly but he doesn't say baba's to it, he just plays and looks at it so I think he does understand that mommy has the babies in the tummy not all fat people LOL Imagine he went round pointing at all fat tummies saying baba, I would be so imbarrassed! But the innocence of children will always get us mommys into trouble one day. I have been trying to show him my old C-sec scar and tell him it's an Eina so that he is careful with mommy in preperation for the new cut. We will see how he reacts. The 4D scan we had to take C with and he was highly upset screaming the whole time I was laid on the table and that just proved to me he's too young too see mommy in hospital so I think I will send him for a whole week to my mums when I get booked in.

Simone- I can't think the drain smell is nice anytime of the day but especially so early Gross! Shame I'm sure he's un clogging in between mini vomits LOL

Thanks for all your input and support on the c-sec vs natural, I know only I can make the decision at the end of the day but it really is a tough one for me, I'm terrified of the recovery from a c-sec so any input you ladies can give is welcomed. I've been doing loads of googleing on the subject and nearly all the women that have had natural with no1 then elec C-sec with no2 have said its so much worse, even after taking months to recover from a bad tear. And on the positive side most of the stories I've been reading the women haven't torn as badly second time around even after delivering bigger babies. Then the majority of ones that did tear badly again say it healed much quicker. I think my biggest fear is that in order to really help prevent tearing again with a natural I'll need to do it this time round without an epidural and I'm not sure if I'm capable of that Theo and I are doing a lot of talking and I'm trying to work through everything to come to the best decision. Ultimately it will all ride on my next appointment and the internal so I can't decide just yet anyway but I want to be as informed as possible as I know my gynae will push for the c-sec as much for his convenience as for mine.

Vix u will have to take c to doc and get cortisone meds.only thing that helped for Addy. Doc said she could react for days and days to bites for 4 days ago for example. I said to Lisha first time being bitten...their bodies react because its foreign to their young bodies. Hope it clears up fast.

I woke up so confused this morning thinking it was party and I was terribly late to get started.lol

Ally i see a shopping trolley on special at toys r us for R99.

Also 2 barbie dolls for R85! At reggies. Great deal...for xmas presents or extra bday gift.

I'm starving so let me get out of bed!

O.k so before I forget for the millionth time there were 2 things I wanted to reply on this past vweek and clean forgot.

C won't touch his own tooth brush, we've tried so many different types and everyrtime he asks for mine or DH's, we even tried keeping his tooth brush with ours and still he only uses ours. I have tried different colours, different shapes even the flashing and singing ones from Dischem...... Oh well, so today I bought the cheapest nastiest bright green adult tooth brush just for him and he LOOOOOVES it LOL my child is terribly strange but I kinds don't care as long as he wants to brush with something. He came back 3 times tonight for more toothpaste! I usually try to catch him and give a quick hard scrub before he stops but then he gets irritated. My Dentist also said not to stress and upset them, as long as they get the idea that they need to brush everyday. No juice in bottles and no hard chewy sweets that might sit in between the teeth.

Lisha- C also has a bumpy rash. He was playing in the sand and on the trampolene at the wimpy last saturday and when we got home I noticed this rash starting. I presumed it must be like bites from somewhere (sand pits contain so much crap) but not anthisan nor calamine have made a difference and I think actually it's getting worse so I am going to take him to the GP tomorrow afternoon. It's really bumpy like acne but it's only red at certain times of the day, never seen anything quite like it to be honest.

Grrrr I left the Veet on for 18min, like 10 min extra and STILL it didn't work properly, man all these boy hormones are causing stubborn hair LOL Decided I will just go for a wax if I know I'm being booked in for a C-sec.

Oh I had another beautiful dream about having a natural birth with the twins! Wow it's such a stunning dream, I feel so 'free' it's hard to describe especually since I have never experienced a natural birth. I think it was probably all the talk of C-sec versus Natural for Helen that put it in my mind.

Lwasi- so pleased the innterview went so well! There's nothing like feeling an interview went well but more so a telephonic one where you can't read their expressions! Xxxx

C has been only waking once a night this past few days. I thought I would see if it was his ears so very naughtily started giving him some of DH's ear drops and suddenly he started sleeping better. I know it was naughty but the last time I took him in when I thought he had an ear infrection there was nothing wrong. Will mention it to the Dr tomorrow but I think he's feeling better now.

Really busy day. I am so happy to be really busy! It is all happening!

Anyway Helen glad the appointment went well. You know how I feel about c section and doctors so do what you feel is best in your heart. If you are fine going with a c section then do a planned one rather, and if you decide to go the natural route again go for it!

Sorry ladies just busy working still. I have meetings twice a week at night now. Lovely.

I hired our costumes and bought some stage make up so can't wait to do some nice war wounds for the halloween party on Saturday night at a friend. the theme is ghosts and we are all going to have a drink at the local pub.

Nelria u did wish Addy.lol. LMAO at lea not knowing what ironing board is.ha ha!

That is so cool re:bottle! I was thinking tonight how will I get Addy off sleeping bottle! She does not drink at all, but when she sleeps??? 90% of time she wants one. I will have to tackle in december holidays.

Bought Addison black gladiator sandals...she refused to take it off. She has black and white check bubble shorts...looks so cute together. g asks why I want her to look like fashionista...lol

I am so tired after late night out last night! Had an awesome workout now!
