Simone sorry about the fight with your mom. Apparently my mom was upset about missing some of the wedding (she was running after k) but she is fine now after seeing the dvd I am still uncomfortable about the BF but its my moms life and there is nothing i can do about it. So when ever I need a babysitter, will ask my aunt.

Angie i saw your post about toystory theme party. I saw in toys r us (in east london though) they had party theme accessories like plates, banner, cups, servittes, ballons, straws etc. Im actually debating changing from Barney themes to a toy story after seeing it

AFM, last week I had a tough week with Cole but this week he is behaving so much better. We are going to my mom over the long weekend and also attending my cousin's wedding. Hope that Cole is a good boy on the long drive.

I am really starting to love my boy more that anything. He just amazes me more and more everyday

re birth, I was very dissapointed in going the c-sec route, coz natural was so much better for me although it was in a gov hosp & the sisters had no mercy, but the pain after c-sec was really ouch for quite a while....but that was just my experience....you need to do what is best for you....goodluck xxx

Thanks for the advice Julz and Lisha. Julz I did an otoscopic examination (looked in his ears) - but there is no sign of any infection, I will keep an eye on him and see how tonight goes, will then take him for check up tommorow if things are still same tonight!

Ally that sucks that you won't be going to CT, especially knowing that they would've paid for it all!

Simone - cake sounds devine - sorry bout the argument you and your mom are having!

Helen - I had a wonderful C-section experience, I was done the Tuesday afternoon, up Wednesday morning, did everything myself and was discharged the Thursday. I had family over for the weekend, and made food etc for about 10 people, not because I had to, but I felt really good. This being said I think every woman is different and reacts differently to pain and operations. Although I had a C-sec I am definitely pro-natural!
Unfortunately, I can't see the pic on FB!

Ok, gals, I'm off to prepare the 3 course meal I am making for Dh tonight, he is playing gholf with his mates today - so will be home at around 6 - after I told him to enjoy himself, to give me time to prepare everything - otherwise he would've been home early and walked in on the surprise! Hope he is going to be surprised, planning on putting on sexy lingerie under my clothes, so having a nice meal, and when Cj goes to bed - surprising him with lingerie! Hope he enjoys it!
