Bryce's ouma & oupa day concert is coming up next weekend and the mom's in their class have to send a plate of eats (something sweet) with so that the grandparents can enjoy some refreshments afterwards - so I'll be making mini cinnamon buns (thanks for the easy recipe Ally!! ) Will be adding some nuts.

From my side - nothing much to tell right now - just waiting in anticipation to hear about the outcome of the interview I went to..... The boys are doing wonderful - I asked Bryce this week if mom must have another baby and after a slight pause he pipes up from the back seat saying "nee dankie, eers later" I say to him but don't you want a little sister or another brother - again very calmly he replied "Riley is my boetie"... ah bless their little hearts!!!

On the subject of birthday parties (Mandy loved your idea for a group party for the kids by the way) - we're doing a SCOOBY DOO party for Bryce this year. So that's going to be fun for him.

I remember when Addison had tonsilitis she puked up the first half a bottle of the antibiotics! I called doc and he said not to worry and just finish the course and she was fine. Actually developed a rash so maybe allergy and better she skipped half a bottle?! Lol

The parties sound so cool. Can't believe it is almost that time again.

I am doing a space theme. Have no idea how etc, but maybe silver plates with a spaceship cutout and then I can place that over a blue plate? Just thought of that now. Hmmm that could work.

I am going to make the cake myself again. I enjoy it or enjoy planning it and Neil helped last year and we had fun together.

I am going to start making some planets to hang from the awning outside. Last year I just hired a jumping castle and gave adults some snacks. Our close friends stayed for a braai which we will do again this year.

Crazy store is great for small gift.


Spoke to paed now as Dylan spat his one dose of meds in the bath so I am short of a dose, but he says it isn't a huge issue. Still no bloods. Not stressing. Neil is still being stubborn. I made the appointment and this morning he agreed that if the other ENT says it is a good idea then we will go ahead, but will have to wait a good month as I am away and Dylan's school concert is on the 9th and I dont want him to miss it. Actually I don't want to miss it.

Simone they sell packs of small cars at the Crazy store, im not to certain of how much but i think i once saw a pack of three smallish cars for R20.00.

Nicole where can I find cheap cars? Thinking perhaps putting that in for boys at least...or a water pistol. But really dont wanna spend too much.
