Morning ladies,

Helen- was it you who was saying you can't lay on one side anymore? I can't sleep on my left anymore because i get bad chest pain and restless legs so now I'm stuck to sleeping on my right side all the time.

Lisha- sorry you had to drop off your good boy this morning, I can't believe it's less than a month until he's 2!!!

Lwasi- sorry you're sick my friend!

Zee mailed yesterday, it looks like she has managed to keep up to date with reading but no time to reply, she has hectic dedlines and too much work before they're due. She was asking about the Magnesium because Ziani isn't sleeping so well again.

Angie- try to chill out a bit and see what happens, there's no use in you being all stressed out if it ends up as nothing. Just try to continue on as usual and look forward to that weekend away in Sept! xxxxxx

Julz- MEN! LOL although i have to say i think if i went out for the night C would be in bed when i come home, Elwyn is a better mommy than i could ever be, he's the one who reminds me about meds and stuff.

I had to change the tweenies ticker, for some reason it jumped backwards by 2 days? i put the same DD in the new one and now it's right, oh well, i know they're both boys now so blue it is.

Nelria- we should organize a coffee date for next week sometime, I'm going to take today and tomorrow off but my weekend project is the Christening outfit.

Nicole- love the cake! Your wedding is going to look stunning. I have been craving wedding cake/Christmas cake since i fell pregnant! Thankfully i have a wedding to attend on 2nd Oct so lets hope they have a fruit wedding cake for me!!!!!

Hehehe Julz, "when the cat's away..." I think if I went away for 2 weeks the twins would be even better behaved when I get back lol. Now, if we had to leave them for my dad or aunt for 2 weeks, they would go completely crazy on all the sweets and chips they would be fed and all the times they are allowed to stay up late. My dad says we used to sit with them until 11 at night and watch tv. lol WHATEVER! Just like my aunt says my cousin was fully potty-trained at 16 months. I told her that my cousin was obviously a genius child and that she must've been mother-of-that-decade! lol

I'm so excited, we are visiting our friends in JHB on Saturday. Both the girls are pregnant (the guys are C's best friends since he was 9). I love that all our friends are having babies. Except for my best friend who doesn't even have a bf yet. Her behaviour towards me as changed so much in the last 6 months. The first year of the twins' life she was here all the time and even up to May this year she used to come here ALL The time. And now all of a sudden, weeks go by without us even speaking. I used to call her twice/three times a week. We used to e-mail all day, chat on FB all day. Saw her atleast once a week. And then she just stopped answering her phone and never got back to me after I left messages etc. She was meant to come here last week 3 times and cancelled every time. So now I'm over it, if she wants to see me she has to phone etc. I'm not going to run after her and 'beg' her to be my friend. That's just ridiculous!

Got home from the meet lastnight at 11 and Dylan was up with tv blaring. No meds given etc. Oh hell what is going to happen during the two weeks I wonder? Anyway gave Dylan his stuff and put him to bed and he was asleep in no time at all and came toddling through at 4 so not too bad. Lets hope things get better.

My friend and her daughter are leaving for Dubai (to work) on Sunday so we have a farewell dinner at their place tonight. Leah is gaga over dylan so want to get her something special from Dylan. Will miss them.

Okay has anyone else experienced problems with Moomie at 4pm for the last 2 days? Think their server just goes down at that time grrrrrrr.

Anyway I was really sad to leave my munchkin and come to work today as he was in the best mood this morning. Woke up late, brushed his teeth and had a bath without a fuss and was so chirpy on the way to mils ... Not a moan or a carry me ... but guess he'll give me a double dose of nonsense tonight

Simone hope you slept well again last night. PS the weather in Dbn is also awful since last night - I hate windy days.

Helen hope you do get to organise all your xmas stuff before baby comes. And I know how difficult a week with the il's can be but shame the upside is the time to be spent with your sil.

Cj slept very well, but I did not sleep a wink. Tossing and turning the whole night!

Helen to think u'll be a family of 4 this xmas...but great that your mom will be here. Good luck with your xmas cake! It will be nice for u guys to go see sil...as I say...no Idea what the future holds. Only downside...with the in laws for so long!!

I've been reading all day but Moomie was so slow...no chance to reply. And I'm so tired now...i don't have energy to remember all I read.

I passed out on the couch at 9pm last night... I never go to bed that early! Slept til 7am...was wonderful!

Nicole 1 month...i can't believe it...seems like just yesterday u were wondering IF u could plan a wedding in 3 months.

The weather is absolutely awful in PE. Freezing cold and my washing is soaked. I told Cynthia to leave by 10am cause she was coughing...so Gerard forgot the washing on the line. This weather is not going to help cynthia's chest.

oooo Vix - Don't talk Christmas pudding, I absolutely love the stuff! I haven't made a Christmas cake before because we've spent the last few Christmases either in the UK or at other people's houses, actually really looking forward to having Christmas in our own house with our own little family this year. Will probably attempt a Christmas cake this year though, hope it won't be a diaster.

Lisha - Yikes your pharmacy is a rip off lol!

I was actually thinking yesterday that I'm going to have to be more organised with Christmas stuff this time round because I'm so not going to be wanting to traipse around the shops in the weeks after I've given birth. Mum will be a big help no doubt but I do need to get my butt into gear, the time that's left is going to fly by, need to organise for Oliver's and Theo's birthdays, think I'll probably just arrange a bring and braai or something for that and only when mum is here to help out lol!

We also have a wedding of a very good friend of mine on the 16th Dec but I think I'm going to have to play that one by ear heaven only knows what kind of shape my body will be in so god knows what I'll wear and I don't know if I'll be ready to either leave baby behind or take it with me...

The more I think about all this stuff the more I'm getting nervous lol, I know there's still a while to go but there's lots and lots of little things to do.

We're also supposed to be going on a trip to Cape Town in September to spend some time with Theo's sister, no idea how we're going to afford it but we're just going to have to make a plan, I won't be wanting to travel much after September. She seems to be doing ok with the treatment but she has good days and bad days, we need to go before the baby because we probably won't be able to go again until well into the new year and sadly there's no knowing what the future holds. I'm really looking forward to seeing my SIL as I get on really well with her but I'm not looking forward to the week itself, she has a friend who has a house in Hermanus and the whole family is going to be there...eeeek a week with my in laws...
