Simone, obviously I also HAD to use a pram but even if I only had one baby I would've used it all the time. I just love prams!

Vix, No we had seperate seats which we borrowed from family and we used a front back pram that we bought 2nd hand. Its not that much of a mission to take them out really. Plus we let them sit with us in their car seats when we were at home.
My bb is fine, takes long to load moomie but not terribly long.

Zee, aidan has the naughtiest face I've ever seen, he actually looks evil! Lol

Nicole, so glad you got a cute outfit. Your wedding is going to be beautiful!

Taking abi to the orthopaedic surgeon at 13:00. I'm not at all worried tho, her leg is already better.

Have any of you noticed if your kids are left or right handed? I think the twins are both left handed.

Morning Mommies. Had a nice long weekend, sad its over... :( Anyway K has become a real boy and total roughie! My aunt, niece and mom came to visit yesterday. The whole time K was trying to wrestle my niece who is 10 years old, was very cute to watch though and my mom and aunt couldnt belive how strong he is.

We found an outfit for K. I frikkin forgot to bring the cable so i can upload photos from my dam phone, will try and remeber it tomorrow. Anyway K looks to cute. I got a pair of black pants with a striped black and grey striped shirt which looooks tooooo cute on him. :) Just to find a pair of shoes now...

Vix i am glad you sorted out your predicament with the pram. Df's parents bought us a travel system, which we used now and again for the first 10 months, then we got the trike which we are still using for K when we go out to the shops and his always well behaved in it :)

Ally Happy Anniversary!!! Glad you and C had a great day together! Yay on the twins sleepign soooo nicely on their new beds.

Mandy glad the op went well and that Cam is doing sooooo well already. Its amazing our somthing small like tonsils can affect a person!! You really have a strong and brave big boy :)

Zee i think alll couples go threw rough patches, actually to be honest last week, DF and I were fighting soooo much! But we fine now. Could be wedding stress.

Hi ladies

Hope everyone had a nice weekend and are doing well.

Mandy I am so so pleased that the op & recovery went so well. Cam is very adorable and you must feel so proud of tha closed mouth ... well done mommy & Cam!

Zee I'm sure that naughty smile is the cutest.

Simone we're one of those people that would not make it without the pram. We bought a stroller but still use the pram more often in case Shrey is asleep when we get to the mall or if we go to supper and he's asleep ... he's very comfortable in it.

Ally a belated happy anniversary. Glad you guys had a lovely day out. PS I love Ocean Basket prawns.

Vix glad you solved your pram dilema.

Helen I hope Oliver was in a better mood for the rest of the weekend.

AFM we had a nice but tiring weekend. Saturday night our friends from Jhb came over as well as some other friends from here. OMW the 2 little brothers that came over would play and then start to fight and it always ended in them hitting each other really hard ... Shrey would just look in what was possibly confusion and our other friends lg just would start crying in fear lol. Suppose they are just being boys but damn that's naughty. Shrey was very good he shared his toys so nicely and everytime he started to get possesive with his stuff we'd say it's whomever's turn to play and he happily moved onto something else.

Morning all,

Mandy- I am so pleased Cam is doing so well! Wow it's truely amazing what taking those tonsils out has done for him!

Simone- Wow, I also only spent R500 on a pram for C but we used it all the time at home and out in public until about 5m when I got the stroller for R200 anmd we uysed that for ages, probably until about 15m I think. I don't use it anymore bevcause he just wants to walk everywhere so he suses his reigns. How did you survive without a pram? C was heavy even at 6m I can'07:49:01 imagine carrying him everywhjere even then.

But obviously I will NEED a pram with twins and a toddler, it's not like I plan to stay at home everyday and even if Elwyn and I carry one each we still hjave C to contend with.

Ally- the pram you had origionally, did it fit the c carseats onto the frame? The only thing with not buying a travel system means that we will have to take the babies out theor seats and put them into the pram which sounds like a ball ache but honestly I can't think that the conveniencve is worth thousands of rands more on a pram?

Zee- I love going to weddings, haven't been to one in ages, but they make one feel so full of love and romance it's harsd not to compare where your own relationship has gone/going, I'm sure you're not nasty to DH though, we all have our moments (and I'm sure the marrying couple do too).

C also has this naughty face most of the time.

I bought these sports bottles for C, the inside is like an ice block which you freeze so it keeps the drinks cool, they're going to be great for summer and he really loves them! So he's only having the bottle at bedtime and morning now so let's see if we can work on that for December.

They were only R23 each too which is cheaper than these cheapie sippy cups!

C is having to have more poo tea rthese days, now he has to drink 200ml of the stuff and I like him to drink it in one go so he can just get the poo over wirth in one go in the afternoon. So that only really leaves 50ml space for moilk to take the bad taste out. I have been mixing. It with a teaspoon of milo and he just loves it now. So he comes to me about 7.30 and says 'lilo, Lilo' LOL so cute.

O.k Moomie didn't load properly so I'm going to sign off and come back on the PC later.

Anyone with a BB, do you experienmce trouble loading pages out of working hours? I try all weekend and it just won"kt fully load and evenings are the same. I'm getting really irritated with this flippin service!

Hi everyone

Hope you are doing well. Had a good weekend! Read Bridget Jones's diary and hardly did any work, except for house work. Was lovely. Z was so cute this weekend and naughty too! She really has an incredibly naughty smile whenever she does someting that's not allowed ... which is pretty much 90% of the time.

We went to a wedding on Saturday (the day mother was a night mother)and it was such a lovely wedding - the colours were black, white and deep red and the wedding dress a lovely wide white dress with black lace inserts. Very dramatic. It was a lovely sermon too and made me contemplate my mean ways .. I have turned into the cow from hell with my poor husband :(
In any hoo, Kindermusik was fun for Z, she adores one of the older children and she copies Michaela all the time!

And okay, all the party talk is making me think now ... It depends on the finances but I'm thinking of a small party for Z, Teletubbies off course ...

Mandy, so glad that Cam is so much better already!! Yay.

Vix, bad about the stroller ... The daymother is going to look after twins from September and they visited her this week and she was also complaining about the pram not fitting through the door.

Ally, bad about the copy cat. HOpe its adressed soon.

Julz, hope the work thing gets sorted!

Okay, so I cannot remember anything else. Bad Zee I know. Chat to you soon hopefully. Really need to get some cap on the home computer.

Hope you all have a good day!

Mandy u are so happy about this closed mouth business! To cute!!! U and cam that is:-)

All this talk of Pram and strollers.... We bought a winnie the pooh thing. I can't tell u if its Pram or stroller. It was R600. We used it maybe 2 times? As a bag and shopping cart may I add. So I would say it is the most useless thing for me personally.lol. as a mother of 1 single child. some things are necessities for some and not for others. I can't picture Addison in a Pram at 5 or 9m!

Lights are on!yay!
