I'm the same as Julz, I think Charlene (age 5.5) has probably never had coke in her life. She never liked fizzy as a child and still doesn't. I don't give them any fizzy cooldrink, at all.

I also don't allow my kids boiled sweets other than the odd lollipop (about 3 a year). My teeth are awful and I don't want them going through the same I did.

I can't stop it at parties though.

Just a quick pop in. My husband is apparently dying. he's also got the bug now. so irritating!

The twins' birthday is 29 November (Iris is also 29th)

o.k so being a huge lazy bones again today and STILL sitting at the PC but i have been searching for twin prams and man o man it's really hard to find things suitable for 2 newborns! they're all 1 toddler 1 newborn.

anyway i found a really nice one with bassinets too second hand for R5000, mmmm would never spend that amount myself but thinking maybe we can add in to whatever friend was going to pay but then I'm also thinking, just go with a regular flat reclining twin pram for under R2000 and pay nothing towards it. mmmm descisions descisions, i love the bassinets but not really going to use them for that long.
