morning mommies

had a wonderful weekend!!!
sat & sunday morning I slept till 10 am
was sooooooo nice!!!
ate way too much food & drank way too much wine, but it was so much fun
only got back last night at 7pm so the house still looks like a war zone

CT girls.....hopefully I can get everything sorted this weekend, so we can have a meet the following one....12July????

Hi ladies.

Our weekend was nice, very relaxed. We went to the small ZOo on Saturday and the twins just loved it. Yesterday my brother and sil just came for a braai. The twins slept so well, from 12h30 until 14h45 but last night was horrible. I think the steak we ate gave them sore tummies. They went to bed FINE at 08h00 then at 10h30 Abi woke up screaming, had to take her out of cot to calm her down, then at 23h30 Aidan woke up. We put them in bed with us but neither of them wanted to sleep, kept moaning, crying and saying eina. Gave them buscopan, put them back in cots at 02h00 and C had to sit in the chair in their room until 03h45 before he could leave the room, they were all sleeping but the moment he got up they would moan. So needless to say, we are all pretty tired. Grrrr

Mandy, that party venue sounds fab, I've heard of it before. Would love to know how much it costs to hire out. Great idea for parties in future when they're a bit older.

My planning is all done for the twins' 2nd bday. I'm inviting all the Gauteng mommies this year but I'm not sure if Vix or Helen will be able to make it as it's on the 27th of November and I'm pretty sure you'll both be ready to pop lol.

OHHH found out yesterday that another one of my friends are pregnant. So excited for her. She's such a maternal person and she's always wanted kids.

So we're getting more and more excited about going away in 2 weeks. We'll be going from the Tuesday until the Sunday. Can't wait to just get away from everything for a few days.The first 2 days our friends (both the pregnant ones and their husbands) will be joining us and then my dad and brothers are coming the Thursday. Good quality family & friends time.

helen - lol about whose idea was it to get pregnant me and brett still joke everytime soemthing stressfull happens that whose idea was it to have kids

afm - xen still sick grrrrrrrrrrr but such a trooper not once have i had a pj drill i can calm him in bed 100% and even if it is lots of groans from him and long awake times no crying and no getting up

lea - puked last night grrrrrrrrrr but she only had pap in morning then ice-cream later so we think the richness was too much as she got it ot then sitted twice so we only gave tea last night and this morning and she puked water this morning (empty tummy) so lets hope its nothing as she is at school now and they say all is well

had photoshoot yesterday and man its going to be soooooo nice except my friend does it for free so usually mnths passs before i get the stuff grrrrrrrrr but hey beggars cant be choosers

I thought this was hilirous. Sun afternoon Keiran is having his nap and I was packing away washing in his room, so I walked into our room where he is sleeping to put clothes on the bed, i see that is eyes are open so i quickly jump back hoping he didnt see me as i know he would of woken up for sure, so anyway a few seconds later i hear him say softly "who's der"? LMAO thought it was so cute, couldnt help but go back in the room and give him a big hug
