how flippin cold and miserable is it today??

I was so close to turning around and going home this morning

Sonay - yay for S crawling I think all kids do that... I dont really understand why though. I really wish they could get tired and just pass out

PM - You poor thing! I think we all feel your pain... Evan was a little better last night. Woke 4 hourly. at 3:45 he was being impossible so by 4:30 DH came to get us - I was trying to calm him down in the rocking chair. We all climbed into bed together and slept until 7:30.

When is the shut over and when do the girls exams end? You really never get any downtime... I hope you get a break soon...

What a night!!!!

Iz was crying every 15 minutes, then I'd do the Prodol, dummy, bottle drill till she settled, only to repeat it again in 15 minutes time.

At 12 I gave her some pain meds, but even then she didn't really settle. These toofies are driving me nuts.

DH got called out at 1pm and haven't returned since. So wish this shut is over. I'm getting kinda tired flying solo with 3 kids, 2 writing exams and 1 teething! Haven't seen DH for more than an hour in almost 2 weeks.

Girly, hope K is doing better this morning. Hope you also feeling better.

Cols, eventually Evan will also crawl. Iz isn't a big fan though. Crawls from here to there and then throws a wobbly. She'd much rather be in her walking ring where she can get up to all kinds of mischief!

Love the photies from the meet. Looks like you guys had great time. The kiddies are just gorgeous.

How is everyone doing? Besides sleepless nights? Seems like we're all going through that at the moment.

S started to crawl, she doesn't even lay still in her sleep anymore. Went for her 9 mnths jabs this am, only got the measles, got to go back for the Prevenar. She now weighs 9.4kg. Is actually a bit below her "growth" line but nothing to get concerned about.

I'm a bit in a off mood today, making it quite difficult to deal with my tired, hyper kids for now. For some or other reason both of them gets totally hyper when they are tired. Happen to any of yours?

Think tonight would be the night to put kids in bed early and enjoy a glass of wine.

I don't see any new teeth, but the symptoms seem to have abated... at least for now... yesterday even the druelling was gone. But i won't say that too loud lest our dear friend murphey and his damn law catch me

and to be honest i don't mind if you need it i would be more than happy to once in a while....

I gave him neurofen twice (6 hourly) and tried putting Vidol powder in his mouth. Impossible. He seems to like pansarol. I sent it with him to school today. Will see how he is this afternoon...

How are K's teeth doing?

Shame man Cols - I know the feeling DH and i did that on saturday night!

We started putting prodol on her gums (you have to fight to get her to let your finger near) in the middle of the night! at about 11 (after she had been waking every 20mins from 8)... then she would wake hourly so at 1/2 we decided to give her a dose of pansoral... which helped her sleep for maybe two hours then she was up and DH got up and dealt with her coz by then i just couldn't move anymore.

Nothing i can really suggest to help at night... i know during the day she loves ice-cubes in her fresh food feeder... you would think she would get all wet from it, but she seems to drink the whole lot.

Good luck, i hope you get a better night soon... if you are desperate drop him off at our place on friday night and we will do both babies together... seeing as we will most likely be up anyways
