Hi ladies
Hope you are all having a relaxing weekend. Have missed chattin hea but its been crazy at work month end trying to finish wages etc n a bit anxious cos last check up was told baby could be hea in next 2 weeks n a week has passed already. So hope i can finish all that i have to do.

I am glad that for all babies are growing nicely.

M2M you had quite a scare but glad that you n lo are ok.

To those having baby showers this weekend enjoy it .

I feel nowadays i have a short temper n my poor little guy has to bare my tantrums, i hope it disappears soon cos i feel like im becoming a monster.
Time seems to be flying soon we wil be having our lo's n start a new journey. Take care ladies n try n have a relaxing n restful weekend.

charn hehehe for what you DH said...my hubby said that i need to wait till after his year end and then till after his month end before baba can come...interesting times ahead...

but i'm pretty comfortable at the moment so i think baba will stay to the end.

and it is true it is almost our 'turn' and time sure did go quick!

M2M - 36w3days - that's scary to think your first baby came then already and I am almost there!! I popped in by the July moms and 3 of them have given birth early already. Kinda made me realise just how close we are. Feels like just yesterday that we were all stressing and praying that we make it "safely" out of the first trimester and now our baba's are practically here already!!

DH keeps reminding me that baba needs to stay put until after the world cup because he won't be able to take time off during the world cup - they are busy as hell!!

am booked off but i'm ok really and i'm at work only cos i was off the beginning of the month as well

girls on the shopping i probably went way over board - baby can come now i have everything DH was shocked the other night when i showed him what i/we have actually bought to date...

JudesMom WOW engaged already yikes girl just relax and lets hope baba will rather move up then down at the moment....jy moet knyp!

RE gynie check ups...i'm seeing mine again 5 July and then every second week from then on. dr was very happy with pregnancy to date.
with jadon i was already seeing him every second week from 28w and as you know jadon was born at 36w3d after they stopped the preterm labour at 36w

Girly, my sister also complained and said I should stop buying because I am not leaving much for them to buy

I just told her to be creative, cos I can't wait so long The only items that I still "need" and put on my baby shower list for her are:

Digital thermometer
Bottle Steriliser
Sleeping Bag
Photo Album

I have everything else because I just could not resist buying, especially when I see a bargain!!!!

BTW - Ackermans is having a sale on their winter stuff at the moment. I didn't find much baby -baby things, but I got a few nice 3-6 and 6-12 month pants and tops. Got the most gorgeous little bell bottom jeans with prints at the bottom for R29.

M2M hope you're taking it easy! Gotta be careful now, it's so easily to trip and fall. Glad baba is ok. Did they do a scan? Are you booked off now? Shame hun, you must rest up!

Same boat re. baby shower. It's easy enough to take some guesses, but I prefer not to, and have a real surprise! Someone almost let slip the other day though.
I agree. Get lots of sleep this weekend. It's all I want to do too!

Robyn cant believe the class is finished! You mean the natural birth dvd? It's quite hectic, but its sped up so gives false hope! They switched the lights off, and DH commented that it was appropriate for a horror movie! And at the end the mom takes a sip of water, and DH asks if that's vodca for mom. Lol. He was full of chirps!

Ladies are you all seeing your gynae's more often now? This last gap was 5 weeks cos gynae on holiday. Would've seen him this coming Wednesday, but now have to wait till following week. It's gone by, but I really wanna see Kaylee again!
And after that I think he'll see me every 3 weeks to help us save costs cos we're paying cash from now on.

So tired today, struggling to keep my eyes open too. Was causing me to feel a bit sickish earlier, with the teary eyes, and runny nose. Only 3 more hours to go at least.
