Morning ladies

girly, I was wondering how the classes were going. And, definitely looking forward to getting my hair done tonight (it is soooo out of control)! Baby shower is tomorrow, looking forward to it. Also buying all the last things for my hospital bag this evening, so we should be good to go soon.

Nikki - glad to hear you were happy with the hospital tour - we both only have 2 weeks left at work - yeah!!!!

I am also still not sleeping well at night, I wake up around 2AM and just lay awake and toss and turn for 2-3 hours - very frustrating!!! They say it's natures way of preparing us for sleeples nights

Nikki wow so glad everything is going so well with you and Peyton! I've heard a lot of good things about CTMC so I hope you enjoy it.
Panorama general ward is 4 beds, that's why we considering private. 4 visitors at a time per bed, plus you, x 4 beds that could mean 20 visitors at one go in the general ward!

Robyn a friend wanted to buy me one, but just felt it was a lot of money. Apparently good to hang over baby's cot once they are here, similar sounds & comfort from the womb.

M2M you look so healthy! And I am very envious of the energy and lack of stretchmarks. I have no energy and a lot of stretch marks, now starting up on my boobs too

Judes mom so glad Jude is doing better now.

AFM we had antenatal class on Wed. It was quite nice, there were at least 3 other women also 31 weeks so didnt feel alone. And lots of girls shew!
I just dont like the way the midwife caused the one girl to lose hope about a natural, cos she is 36w and baby hasnt turned yet. Seems very anti natural which is rather opposite to what I experienced before with another class. I just worry she'll scare DH into not wanting me to go natural.

Another busy weekend. Tonight the boys play boardgames and the girls just chill, maybe watch some movies. Tomorrow morning our cot arrives and in the afternoon women's church group. Sunday we must buy the pram & car seat, and I am hoping they will fit me in for a wax cos I cannot shave 'there' anymore, and am overdue for the wax! I gave it a skip last month to try save money, but will just have to find R300/month for this, I am going crazy!
I am really not sleeping well, every night this week. I sleep so lightly I might as well be awake.

DH went for his 3rd interview yesterday and it went very well. His old boss skyped him and said that he would be getting a call from HR today with an offer. And sounds like they are willing to pay him more because of his potential, and after probation they will relook it again! Praise the Lord for His faithfulness!

Charnenay enjoy the hair treatments I went in May, so will wait until baby is here to go again.

Good to hear everyone is well.

Did the hospital tour on Wed at CT medi Clinic Gardens. Good to know general ward has max of two patients per ward, def not going to spend the additional R620 per night for a private room! Hospital and staff seem nice and helpful. So glad to hear they are totally baby friendly in that the baby is placed on mom immed after birth and kangaroo care is encouraged. Baby also stays with you in the ward the whole time unless you request time alone. They also give you a lovely bag with everything you need during your hospital stay for you and baby. They give you all toiletries for baby and diapers and even clothes for baby. You just bring your toiletries, your pj's and clothes for you and baby to go home in. They give you pads as well. Going to repack my bags and leave out all baby's toiletries and my pads.
Had a gynae appointment after that. Peyton is doing very well, she is the size of a 36W baby even though she is 34W. Weighs 2.7kg and should be 3.8kg at birth. Dr is happy with my BP and happy that they is plenty of fluid around her and strong heart beat. He switches from 3D to 4D during the scan which is awesome as got some clear views of her face. She is a very chubby little girl with fat cheeks, fingers and thighs! He said I must start taking it easy at work and get plenty rest. Can't wait for maternity leave to start-just two more weeks now...

Girly - yes, I wear my bola religously every day (it's my security blanket!)

I'm also struggling ot get up in the mornings. I sleep well during the night, but just feel like I could do with a few extra hours shut-eye (we must enjoy our sleep while we can!!)

judesm you can also use Bactroban ointment on LO's penis for the infection once the other is finished. strongs it's not nice for them, my boy had it once and i cried with him as he tried to wee!

wow ladies time is flying quick now! There is still one or two june babas that should make their arrival soon, then July and then it is our turn!!

I must say that i am enjoying my pregnancy at the moment, no aches/pains/strechmarks/protruding naval whatsoever and i am still very active with my lil monster at home - can still carry him around and he is turning 3 in September.

Blessed i am so relieved that you are ok, you had me worrying girl!

tonight is the start of our antenatal classes, girly then we can compare the boops see you at 18h

Morning Ladies, as im typing im falling asleep, i have bad insomnia, i wake up too go and wee around 2ish and then cant fall asleep after that. Hunny says its the anxiety, i count till 100, try moving in all position but ya jus lie there wide awake!

Jude is doing much better, he can wee with out crying so the antibiotic is working called the doc this morning cos she gave us too little antibiotic suppose to use it for 5 days but theres only enough for 3.

Anyways baby is so active which is really mind calming knowing shes okay and very busy. Im going for a check-up on Friday cant wait too see hows she grown. My mom and sis are planning my baby shower and i knw its gna be the 24th July.

So looking forward to it.

Sorry for being MIA and not updating on my tests ect..

Went to the gynea yesterday and everything with Armand is perfect!! Heartrate is perfect, n-cord flow is perfect and he grows nicely!! He even gave us a show with his fingers in him mouth all the time!!! He is so cute and I love him so much!!!

Doc sent me for bloods, so i'm waiting for my results. That is the only way they can determine if it is pre-eclamsy or not.. I'm very rustig and know that me and my little boy is in the Lord's hands!!! He is our protector!!
I'll update on the results as soon as i get it!!

Glad to see everyone is doing great!!!
