Hey Girls

Kerry - the pics are adorable. She is soo cute, what size shoe does she wear? I see she is already wearing the hard-soled Shooshoos. Emily is still wearing a size 3 shoe, so she can't wear the hard - soled shoes yet, but they are soooooo cute!!

Emily's new favourite word is "come" which she says with a little wave of the hand as if calling you over. Somedays its "come" and other days its "kom" DH speaks afrikaans to her and my mom and I speak English to her. She usually says come or kom when she wants us to take her out the door! Clever little monster. Also chasing flies now and her cousin when he gets on her bike, then she says: "Go", but it sounds like "GAW". So, her vocabulary at the moment is:

Come/Kom
Go
Meemie (Mommy)
Maa (My mom)
PA or Papa (her daddy)
Ta (thank you)
No/Nee Nee (never one nee, always 2)
Dee (dummy)
On (when she wants us to put a particular piece of clothing or shoe on)
Mik (probably milk, she says this when she wants her bottle)

And i think that's it, so madam is still refusing to walk properly, but she can talk up a storm...

Glad to hear you found something, at least you can get started, i can imagine its going to take quite a while to sequin the entire bodice!

Thanx so much for your help! K, I have sent those ppl no less than 3 e-mails enquiring, they have yet to grace me with a response!!!

I went to all our local shops again yesterday, to see if they MIGHT have gotten something in...nope. However the one shop directed me to a very dodge place, where I found some bigger paillettes. I got silver and teal ones (30cm) and them some 25cm black, purple and pearly. Not many, but it's something!!!!! Felt like I won the lotto. I really didn't know it was going to be such a issue! I did mail a supplier in the UK, she will find out about express shipping this morning and get back to me. Desperate times!!!! Robyn, bronze might do the trick. And offcourse my child decided she wants the entire corset sequined. Grrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gracie is not lekker, seems she had the flu, I am keeping her home today. She has a very high pain threshold and when she says she doesn't feel lekker, you take notice, cause then she's very sick already.

We have our schools 40th Birthday bash this weekend, I am hosting a table on Saturday's dinner/dance. Oh the joy! Somewhere I must still find the time to plan the table layout, I'm not too worried though, the colour is silver and black, I have silver underplates and some beaded silver runners we made for our wedding, will just use that. Sounds simple enough, but as I'm typing I'm thinking of beads for the wineglasses etc....NOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Iz is a little sunshine these days, way too clever for my liking, she understands and does everything you tell her. She started drinking from a straw yesterday, thank goodness, I was worried we'd never loose the bottle as she is not interested in any sippy cup...and oh we do have a collection! She is starting to say 'een, twee, drie' in her own way. And she says 'Barney'....which sounds like 'ba-bie.

So i was just saving the above photo's to my album on the computer here and i saw the pics from out last get together... in June! and the baba's were so little.

Hi PM - I found a place near work that has 20 & 25mm disks (R6.99 for10g packet)
I think they only have silver, gold and bronze, but I can walk there and have a look during my lunch
