Nelria - 100s of belly pics on facebook. Check there! My neice did such a great photo shoot - if anyone wants to punt her pls do... she is great and will come to your home which makes pics so natural and comfy! She only charges R500 for any amount of time and pics (took 200 for me)!!

Ladies suffering from reflux, my Gynae put me on Nexium for last 7 days before the birth and wow what a God send.... havent had Gaviscon in days and slept sooo well last night!
But its prescription and Dr needs to be the one to tell you if you need it... Apparently my puking was because the acidity was too high in my tummy!

Morning ladies,

Been up since 2am.... Shiloe woke us up as she was having a nightmare. I am so cross, I do not allow her to watch cartoon network as I think the cartoons on there are full of violence or creapy ghosts. So she goes to her dad this last weekend and he lets her watch Scooby Doo, now we sit with a child who can't sleep. I feel like calling him and yelling at him. This is my only complaint with him, he is not careful about what he allows her to watch.
Anyway I feel like a zombie.

I have quite a few essentials still to get for my hosp bag etc, but I find that my energy is soooooo low. Not getting sleep at night - which isnt helping.
Oh and my cupboards are just as bare - which I hate - but dont really care enough to do something about right now - so Im leaving that til friday.
And lets hope my doc doesnt give me bad news of friday - I've been having these slight aches around my rib cage area - totally new - and doc did say I must look out for something like that

I have been reading all the posts.
I'm doing good, using the Soccer WC's countdown as my own, June 11is my 36 weeks mark. So any day after that. 15 days to go!

I thought it would be okay to go to the dentist, the x-rays' only of your head, right?! But no. He can't do anything for me and now I have to suffer for 3 more weeks or so. I'm not posting anymore cause when I do post I'm complaining.

Jane - u dont need special cloth just cover baba in spoegdoek - so u undress then drape spoegdoek over lower into water and leave wet warm spoegdoek on then transfer to towel and dry speogdoek overnight naturally and yes it helps TREMENDOUSLY at bath time to keep them covered
