Hey ladies

I hope that you are all doing well! I had a bit of a breakdown this morning. There is just so much to still do and then on top of it all, we have family issues now with DH's brother.

Anyhoo, I did some more washing today and that made me feel like I'm getting somewhere.

Certified copies - does anyone know if we need certified copies of our IDs and marriage certificate for the hospital to do baby's birth certificate? I know the post office does it so I will just go this weekend when I go and fetch Connor's wooden letters

Pics - I seriously keep on forgetting to take a pic of bump - I haven't taken since 32 weeks. I'm not dressed now so I can't take any, I'm in my pjs and gown.

Eloise - I said I welcome all visitors in my birth plan but that might change once I'm in hospital. Also, people can come and visit us at home as long as they are not sick and as long as they are willing to wash their hands and follow my rules. I just found out that my mom will be housesitting for my sister around the time that Connor is due. They live in the same road as us so at least my Mimi will be down the road - makes me feel better

Lucy - we are almost there friend!! YAY!!

Eloise- this is what I plan on doing. Everyone to visit at hospital (they have 2 visiting times 3-4 and 7-8) then I will let them all know when I am ready to receive visitors at home.
With Shiloe I came home to my 2 BF's and my brother and their spouses the first night and had quite a few people around those first few days. It was hectic and definitly more than I could handle.
My friends and family said they totally understand and will visit me in hospital and then wait for a sms to say we are home and settled.

Ok ladies,

I know we have discussed this before, but what is your take on:
a) Visitors when you're in hospital
b) Visitors when you get home

vickylee / sal the sore fingers are from the swolleness and is a result of water retention my gynae said the more water i drink the better and its true, on the days i dont drink so much water the swelling and pain is worse.... the days i drink alot of water its more bearable so just try and do your uptake of water

Ladies things are different today. I've got the energy of a 20 year old. Been cleaning the house hectically even though my fingers are so sore. I've read this could mean labour is on route...oooohhh I hope so, am so excited.

Lucy- I use Nexium for my stomache ulcers, it is amazing stuff.

Seeing my gynae this afternoon at 4pm for my 34 week check up. Can't wait to see how much she has grown in the last 2 weeks. I have been measuring the growth of my tummy weekly. When I measured last week it had grown 5cm in one week and I was horrified, when I measured this morning it has not changed from last week.
Only thing is that I have really dropped. With Shiloe I never dropped, I think cause she was breech. Problem is that my clothes and panties can't go below my tummy now... Any suggesstions???
