Simone, yes I'm lucky the company is paying 100% however this does not include allowances which make up a 3rd of my salary so I'm getting less for 3 months and cant claim UIF for those months ;-(

Skyler, thanks for the info re. reflux.I worked out yesterday its rooibos that is making it worse also, how strange.

Ladies, today I have so much energy, have been cleaning cupboards etc already this morning.Ohhh I hope this is the burst of energy before the baby comes. 38weeks 5days today.

ONLY 5 MORE SLEEPS!!!! Ok getting very very very excited... been getting great rest and sleep.... Wow last night only woke up once and slept from like 10pm to 6am!!! That is HUGE!

Lucy I am almost 36 weeks-so waiting-previous 2 was born at 37.5 and 38.5 weeks. Not long then I quess?

Had some bad BH last night-drank the pills te gine prescribed me,but afterwords I got such a terrible headache,wont drink it again. It is crappy pills!!!

Maureen - so good to see that you and Jamie are doing so well. Thanks for the tips too...I have 8 new born baby grows (cos I knew she would be small) and I agree with you re maternity bras. Woolies double packs are cheaper and more comfy than the Edgars playtex ones. I bought the Edgars ones out of desperation for a bigger size and they are already falling apart. I sleep in them now. Post some pics from your photo shoot when you can

Lucy - good luck to you too for Monday! I have to be in at 8.30 for 12. Dr says I should eat some protein before 6am and drink loads of fluids, so as of yesterday I have started drinking jungle juice! Got up like 10 times to pee last night, so will stop drinking MUCH earlier tonight

AFM - where can I buy some muzlin (?) cloth? I have been advised to wrap baby in muzlin cloth when I bath her as it makes them feel secure and it dries quick, but I have no idea where to get it from.

Juandre - But when I phoned the labour department, they specifically said to me that I can only hand them in on the 1st day of my maternity leave and not sooner. I am confused, as I really want to hand them in.

Simone- I am going in with the forms now. Just need my HR to fill in when I will go on maternity leave and my Dr to fill in when I am due. I want to make sure that the forms are processed so that when I go on leave they are already on the go.
The labour department says that you can hand in your forms up to 8 weeks before maternity leave starts. I go off in 3 weeks, so if I get them in next week it will be 2 weeks before my maternity leave.
