wow ronel now we have 4 b-days on the 9th LOL

maureen - also yup on showing MUCH quicker with xen i could see belly by 6 wks and was in maternity stuff by 8 and my ass was huge due to a boy so yikes - picked up 14 with him and only 9 with lea and with lea only wore maternity stuff from 25 wks but till the end could fit into pants with zip undone with xen no way!!!!!!!

activities? - none we do play and shopping etc i am not big on structured stuff partly due to cost and partly they explore so much on own and have sussie to stimulate - xen is much quicker on everything due to being 2nd

as for talking no worries starts at different times with all lea only properly said mamma in context from about 14mnths but at 20 mnths exploded and now talks like 4 yr old

xen only says tata, hello and wha wha(dog in context the rest is repeats now and then

he waves. claps hands and answers phones and then pages beutifully through a book

I am having soup marathon this winter to try and evade illness bugs so let me get stewing lea in bed already and daddy putting x to sleep

Hi ladies,

So nice to see all the activity on the site! So many pregnancies...so exciting!

All's well here. Alex is developing so well, although he has a bit of a cold now. He has 8 toofies and is also not walking. I swear he know that if he starts walking, that might be the end of picky-uppy. His party is on the 17th also and we're having an Under the sea thene. Doing everything ourselves - from decorations to cake...might be a little wild, but hey ho...alex won't remember it.

We're waiting until next year before nr 2. Incredibly broody though, but going to try and be sensible about it.

Shame, alex has a terrible cough and we decided to give him 2ml of Coryx before his bottle. Anyway, so I give him his bottle and he finishes it. Just after I put him in his sleeping bag, he starts throwing up ALL over me! the poor little sausage monkey. We ended up taking a bath together and he was totally fine. Hubby had to wash all the carpets - it was pretty grim. He does not like medicine, I swear. We have only been giving him homeopathic meds apart from vidol and neurofen when he was teething. Probably sound like a hippy...aijayay!

He is also on Nan 3 although I might just finish the tin and see what he is like with cow's milk. I'm taking him to the pead for his 1 year check up on the 17th and will get his opinion. Also have to get his injections done...blurgh. He sleeps twice a day and he mostly sleeps through from 7 - 6. Gosh, I could eat him up, he is really too cute for words...

That's about it. Work is going well - getting busy, butit's all good. Would still prefer to be home woth Alex, but that was not to be. We have a great nanny and alex loves her so much. At least that's one less thing to worry about.

Carli only has 1 nap during the day, 4 toofies and runnig around all over the place.

We are going down to margate for her birthday and then having a party a week later. Cant believe how fast this year has gone by. She went for a smash the cake photoshoot with Joli, cant wait for the pics!!

I also read the posts regularly, but have been too busy to post myself. I have previously been Noster, but changed my nick while getting rid of post-pregnancy weight.

Chloé is turning 1 on the 14th of June. She also has a Winnie-the-pooh party, which is on the 17 June. But on the evening of the 14th my mom and older sister (from Worcester) and some of our closest friends will have a get-together at home. A lady is baking a winnie-the-pooh cake for then. For the party on friday at her creche she gets the whole thing, cupcakes, balloons, lucky packets, sweets etc. I also hired a professional photographer to take photos on the 17th. I am going big, but not that big. Although she wouldn't remember anything in a few years time, she will always have the photos.

So Chloé has two teeth on the lower jaw and 4 on top. She clap hands, clap feets, play with her tongue over her top lip, wave bye-bye, say mama, papa, ta and baba clearly. She started walking on the 21st of May. Not a lot of steps, but she manages like 7 or 8 steps before sitting down and then rather crawls. She eats the food we eat, only cutted smaller.

She still sleeps from 7pm-6:30am since 4 months and drinks three bottles of formula per day. Putting her on NAN3 when her NAN2 is done.

Hi Ladies

I have been reading your posts regularly.

Zarika is turning 1 on the 9th of June. I also feel sad just thinking how quick this past year flew by. We are having a winnie the pooh party for her on the 11th. I know she probably won't even know that it's her birthday but I still want to give her a party.

She has 4 teeth at the top and 2 at the bottom. She is not yet walking but standing up against everything and walking while holding your hands or onto the couch.

I have also been broody but we have decided to wait until Dec to start trying for # 2. I still want to enjoy Zarika on her own for a little while longer.

I am changing her formula to Nido this weekend. Tried cow milk earlier but just didn't work for her. Hoping she will accept the nido.

Zarika is nuts about her dad. She just wants to be with him all the time and she has also began to "vry" him by kissing him on the cheek and in his neck. Too cute! She is growing up so quickly and it feels as if she does something new everyday.

We spent about a week and a half in Durban (where it is nice and hot!) and it was soo nice just having her with me the whole day.

Ethans is such a happy, Clever, Buzzzzzy Boy ..... Literally running circles around us alreadyt. He has also started pointing at things he wants & shakes his head No if he doesn't want something.
Talk about a chatter box!!! he says Mami, Dada, nana , Ma & bye ba... yes Bye ba lol not bye bye and loads more gibberisg chitter chatter... LOL
Moving on Lactogen 3 next week.

His Birthday is on the 9th June but Planning a "Tigger" party for the 11th So excited only a week left.

Work is going great... finally use to the 6am - 2pm shift
Love being home early enough to still have some play time with E.

Thank you for the wishes.

I feel huge. DH even said we won't be able to hide it any longer. I am wearing all my baggy cloths in order to wait a couple more weeks. But my sister is very in tuned and flat out asked me last night if I was pregnant...I had to lie and say no....

Sal- yes I was talking about you. How are you doing? I honestly think I am going to be huge...I want to cry!

I have unpacked all my pregnancy cloths and washed them and hanged them, as some of my pants are already a bit uncomfortable...
