Nelria - glad to hear you're out of hospital and on your way to recovering. So special when hubbies look after you :)

Raspberry leaf tea - someone on Moomie mentioned raspberry leaf tea and I googled it. Apparently it can bring on labour but besides that, it actually helps your contractions to be stronger thereby shortening your labouring time and it also pulls your uterus back quicker. I enquired at a health shop and it's R39 for 100grams. I'm going to get some this weekend and start drinking it once I go into labour.

Eloise - glad you had a lovely baby shower at work! ahhhhh, ballet recitals - I remember those hehehehehe

Jane - so glad to hear that you and Caitlin are home and doing well. I must tell you that I was thinking that I'm probably going to name our girl Caitlin (no I'm not planning our next one already ehehhehe, but I do really love that name)

Alex - have you mixed on your jungle juice yet? I don't know when to do it because apparently you're supposed to drink it within 2 days. I have all the ingredients in my hospital bag though. I've just left out the Cal C Vita and the rescue remedy drops (I only have the tablets)

Mrs SH - thanks for the virutal hug - sending one your way too, with a slice of double thick chocolate cake!

Congrats Jellybaby & Seleste :) so happy for you! Enjoy every moment...their appearance changes fast!

Mrs SH - we are home with Caitlin, came home yesterday afternoon. What a relief to finally be home! Can't believe she is almost a week old. Caitlin is back on the breast. Only fed her three bottles (NUK - hospital stock) to get her going and put her back on the breast as soon as she was stronger / less lathargic. She is a real mucher when she gets going with strong sucking action - so I would say a bottle here and there in emergencies is ok. I am struggling to find a feeding routine with her cos every 3 hours is too soon and I just can't seem to wake her up. Trying every 4 hours now. Oh ja, and Im getting a poop wiht every nappy change now :)

Will chat again...this mommy has gotta go take an afternoon nap!

Yayh, keep the Mommies coming...we are falling fast now :)

Congrats Jellybaby!

And congrats to Seleste! Little Breyton is gorgeous!

Sal- Yes, touching that area hurts as does opening the legs like when turning over or climbing in the bath. It sucks! Are you sure your LO hasn’t dropped yet?

Simone- Well sounds like you and your dh have a plan, that always helps. Ok, so nerves about the pain is normal. We can do it!

Zeltjie- I believe that we are not given more than we can handle, you and your dh will cope fine, trust in that. I bought the elixir at BabyCity, It was R100 for the 200ml.

Hi Zeltjie,

Please don't stress so much, you will be absolutely fine. I know what you mean about packing the bags. I did it this weekend only and it did seem very final.
Enjoy the last few weeks of your pregnancy and you will make a great mummy.

Anything regarding Skyler and baby?

Eloise - Are you at home and is everything okay?
