@all the mommies - from 12 weeks, you can use the EMLA patches for your babas when they go for vaccinations. I used them for Connor at his 12 week injections and he hardly cried, it really numbs the area and takes away the pain of the initial jab, I think it really really worked and will defs be using the patches again for his 16 week injections on the 15th July.

@pinky karla looks lovely in that dress! Stunning. Happy everything went well. Even the pampers premium is on sale and some other baby stuff!

we just got back from the baby clinic for angel's vaccinations! It really breaks my heart when she screams when they inject her! Hoping she wont get a fever. We cuddling in bed now weather is really offish!

It seems as though every one is doing well!

Karla's Christening went well yesterday, a lot of family etc. But it was nice. I'll add a photo for you guys!

Karla is also having her injections this week, I am taking her on Wednesday... shame poor baby.

Dischem has got a MASSIVE special on Pampers nappies. Only until today! R120 for the jumbo pack. It works out about 1,46 per nappy... very CHEAP!!!!

Ah Desiree, so nice to hear from you. Missed you at the get-together. I'd also like to carry on with the meetings when we all are back to work but I work weird hours. Glad Connor's settled in nicely. Makes me more positive about daycare when I go back to work.

Pinky, how did the christening go? I'm taking Emily for her jabs tomorrow - can't believe it's already time.

Did everyone get their UIF claims sorted out while on maternity leave? I'm only claiming for one month. So will have to go to work this week and get all the forms sorted out. Dreading it though - have been putting it off for ages.
