Hi everyone...

What a day in Cape Town - pouring with rain and really cold!!! And to make my day even better - little Tayla is just impossible today... she hasn't slept for more than 35 mins at a time and just wants to be held and bounced otherwise she cries!! Going seriously insane!!! Would love to know what is up with my poppet!

We had such a scare 2 nights back - while rocking her to sleep she choked on fresh air - but her lips started going blue... i seriously panicked... luckily hubby came to my rescue in a split second and managed to get her breathing again! So now that this has happened - what is the best/quickest way to get a choking baba to breathe again??

ScribblingAl a nosefrida is a nasal aspirator which is safer then the balloon type aspirator. With the nosefrida u use your mouth to suck the snotties out of baba's nose but the snots dont go in to your mouth there's a stop plug! It is kinda squirmish but helps with a blocked nose! U can use the saline drops to soften the mucous before u suction!

Erm, what's a NoseFrida? Very intriguing... I bought saline nose spray which also works quite well.

Bronz, the period's normal. I started bleeding and then went on Microval around that time and haven't bled since.

Looking forward to tomorrow. Waiting for madam to wake up for a feed, hence the arsing around online.

Jacadebra how's the sleeping going? Was it just a fluke or does it look like Lia's getting into a pattern? I'm devastated to hear about the car seat problem. Am crossing fingers that she changes her mind about it.
